Hotel terbaik di Sharjah

I absolutely loved the Stay here... Most comfortable and affordable hotel and room.. The staff were such lovely people, and Escpecially Mr Hisham Zidan, he was so helpful and was always asking if i need anyhelp.. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyday was a different variety.. I would recommend this Hotel for everybody, thats how much i loved the stay.. Shout out to all the friendly and helpfull staff, i wish yous all the best..

I love the Hotel, great view of the waterfront; best location - near the City Centre. Room is clean, well maintained, thank you Housekeeping! Breakfast is good. You've got great colleagues! NAMITA from the Breakfast team, proactive, always offering assistance. AYMAN of Front Office - very engaging, professional, great interaction with guests. Also to SALMAN & AKASH of Concierge, proactive, helpful and friendly, also the gentleman at the valet (sorry I didn't get the name, perhaps Nepali, very helpful as well). You have beautiful Hotel and great staff. Keep it up. Will always choose your Hotel if ever we will be in Sharjah again.

I miss it so bad. The hotel room was so nice and I had a room where I had my own balcony. Some parts of the room were dirty tho not gonna lie like some items would have dirt on it. The chair in the room also had multiple stains. Its a comfortable room with a pretty big bathroom.

Rooms are ok… Washrooms are worse… sloppage is not correct and every time the bathroom gets filled on every bath.. Breakfasts selections are also worse.

اول مرة لي ب الامارات حجزت فندق كوبثورن ١٥ يوم ،الغرف جميله ونظيفه لايوجد اي شي يدعوا للقلق بالفندق تشعر انك في بيتك شكرا علي حسن الضيافة، شكرا الاستاذ سعد علي التعاون وحل جميع المشكلات ،شكرا استاذ علي في خدمة الغرف الفندق يستحق الخمس نجوم وليس اربع نجوم

Very comfortable stay and extremely tasty, fresh food. Abdullah sir has bee always ready to help and very approachable. The rooms and washrooms were very well cleaned. Reception is nicely decorated and maintained. Must visit.

Hotel is in the centre of everything. Hope on hop off bus is in the front of hotel. Al Noor Mosque and Waterfront is very easy to get even by foot. We had upgrade our room. Food is was tasty. Breakfast is very good.

Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта Шарджа. Пешком дойти можно - это минут 10. Но с чемоданами будет трудно. В ОАЭ практически нет тротуаров. Отель чистенький, уютный. Для ночевки с рейса на рейс очень даже достойно.

كانت الخدمه جديه والويتر استقباله جيد جدا اسمه عمير واخذة من عنده قالب كيك الكيك كان طعمته رائعه بي التوفيق والنجاح شركة رمادا على الخدمه الجيده والاستقبال اللطيف وانا ااتي دائما اي البوفيه عندكم الطعام من حيث الجوده ممتاز مقارنه بي الفنادق الاخره

We booked and pay in advance for a deluxe king room for 2 nights. After the 1st night of our stay, We discover that the room was given was not the same as we booked(WE BEEN CHEATED), It is lower than room category we booked which is standard king room (less price) only without informing us. I call reception to ask, they confirm that my conclusion is correct. Ratika or Ritika the receptionist justify that we requested for early check in that why she give us this room- but I asked her why she didn’t informed us before giving. Now the worst happen!!! on her defense ( she ask so stupid question) she sounds so rude asking me why i didnt question her from upon check in (THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL you have to be honest to your guest) In additional she ask me to pay more cause as per her rate that I booked was lower than the rate on her system ( come to think that I should pay more for the room that is lower category than I booked & pay) she is the reservation manager as she said , but the way she is talking, she don’t know her job ( She need more training) , after that she is forcing us to change the room,she is sending her colleague 3 times on our room knocking to change the room but I didn’t yet ready our things (your personal touch being hotelier was not there at all). But finally, the GM to talk to me and give us late check out as the compensation for what happen and were very thankful for that but not worth it with the stress and energy that we wasted on this no manner & unprofessional receptionist Ritika or Ratika.
