Nice but kinda old

Sheraton is a well-known brand that I have known and appreciated for many years. My impression (2024 Dubai and Bangkok, 2025 Sharm) is that it hasn't been renovated, and the infrastructure is showing its age. The location is good, the beach is very nice and well-organized. The price was very reasonable, but, as I learned on-site, this was due to two of the three pools being closed and construction work underway; I would have liked to have known this when booking.

You can go with peace of mind. ***et is clean and comfortable. The sea is great for diving. The pool is a little cold (I went in January) the New Year's program was very good. I would like to thank the 2nd floor cleaning staff Abdullah, Kameel at the pool bar, Mahmood at the bar. The animators were also ***et successful. The food is delicious and the hotel is clean.

I waited for a long time to check in. The scenery is very good, but as for the hotel, I couldn't find where to buy water. The food is very suitable for European and American tastes. The prices in the hotel are really high. According to the prices I spent in Cairo, You can just cut it in half. I mean taxis and massages. In Egypt, the airport is very expensive. If you can buy it outside, don’t buy it here. For example, 500ml of chestnut water can be bought by Egyptians in small shops outside for only 3 In Egyptian pounds, the price for foreigners at the airport hotel is 30-50 Egyptian pounds. If you buy it in a small store outside, foreigners may sell it for about 10 Egyptian pounds.

I think this hotel is absolutely amazing, especially the beach of this hotel is really good, plus I think the breakfast of this hotel is very good in so many hotels I go to

The hotel is nice in general. The view and the location is like a heavenly place,,, The food is ok, it could be better. Hotel staff behaved with a smile and interest. If we look at Sharm in general, people have problems, Taxi, shopping are very problematic, we will come again 🙏

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. I've stayed here twice. The beach, the restaurant, and the small bar are all very good. The location is quite convenient. It's 20 minutes from the airport

Well done team Sharm Sheraton! My wife and I stayed again this year for my birthday and are really pleased with the work that you have all been busy doing. The upgrades on the roof and on the beach in particular are very good. Service continues to remain strong and it would be wrong of me not to pass on personal thanks to Ahmed Nasr in the lobby bar for his continued efforts to keep the beer cold.... well done and thank-you, (If he is still at home on vacation team Sheraton, please give him a pat on the back when he returns!). Also Mohammed (his father's name ;) ) on reception went above and beyond! The improvements on the roof space are great, my only feedback for improvements would be; i. Have more seating for parties of 2 rather than 4 as most tables are only half occupied and at busy times ther is no where to sit. Also add more "louging space" on the roof as it is a lovely place after eating to sit and relax but less so when you are at a dining table with lots of people looking for places to eat! ii. With the new larger outdoor cooking stations, use some of the space for heated bain maries of vegetables etc. to avoid having to walk outside / inside with half plates of food to complete your meal. iii. The roof bar needs a better system of cooling the drinks as most of them were too warm and frequently there was no ice. The beach area improvements are super, particularly the new bar by the waters edge. Maybe consider..... i. Keeping this area open a little longer so people can relax and unwind at the end of the day as the sun sets? ii. More chairs. It's a lovely place to sit and watch the water but why were half of the chairs taken away? There is space but taking the chairs made half of it unuseable? The beach toilet blocks and new showers are a great improvement - well done. The pool bar is nice, and even better after acting on the feedback to keep the drinks out of the sun and in the ice trays that you actually already had installed. My only complaint here though was the change half way through the holiday to close off service from the bar if you was not in the water. This was particularly unhelpful if you was sitting around the pool or passing by the area but did not want to get wet. Beach service, whilst probably not something that you advertise was lovely on the very few occaisions that it was offerred and something that would have easily been able to be a part of your service offer with the number of guys that you have working in the area. The rooms are starting to look a little dated now and are in need of a little love and a bit of a makeover, but I am sure that is in your plans. That leaves only the food really to discuss and in our opinion really needs a good look into the operation. Some of it is great, the rest below average at best. Again I understand that different nationalities have different needs, I also understand that you probally have budgets to work to, (maybe reducing waste that is terribly evident on many tables wh

Enjoyed 3 weeks on an EasyJet holiday here. Everything great - flights and transfers comfortable and on time. And the Sheraton Sharm Resort was 42 acres of heaven! The main building itself faces east across the Red Sea so every morning the sun shines onto your balcony and into your room. Then when you walk onto your balcony you look out over a beautiful 800 metre beach - a perfect way to start your day. Inside the main building every flower and plant is real (no plastic here) and the ambiance in the spacious corridors is so uplifting. Entertainment-wise there is something going on regularly, but if you don’t want to be personally involved it’s not intrusive. Food in the main restaurant is lovely and varied, and there are 2 a la carte restaurants too. And if you want anything that’s not on view simply ask and it will be provided! But the main plus about this place is the service. Every single member of staff here provided friendly, efficient service with a smile! They seem happy to do that little bit extra for guests which makes you feel valued and special. Sounds too good to be true? Go and try it - you’ll see.

First time to Sheraton Sharm el sheikh and it was what we expected. On the day we checked in, we( me and my daughter) were given a double room but this was quickly resolved and we got a nice twin room. The porter ( forgot his name) was very helpful. The room was clean and had a balcony. We really enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the waiters were very kind and helpful. We had a variety of choices and we enjoyed the grilled meat on the terrace outside for dinner. A special mention to Sawsan at the front desk of the restaurant who is always smiling and welcoming. She is doing an excellent job to keep the guests happy with her lovely smile. I really appreciate that there was a free shuttle service to guess who wanted to go for friday prayer to the nearby mosque. Facilities are adequate, swimming pools always monitored by lifeguard and there are all day entertainment to keep you fit. We had a great time and was very relaxing indeed. Thank you

Fantastic welcome. Hotel is currently under renovation but super clean and the entire staff are a credit to the business. Food is normal AI buffet style but always plentiful and we have never gone hungry. The young guy at the pool bar (Akim) is fantastic and always has a smile on his face. We tipped him a couple of pounds and he made sure we never had empty glasses without moving off our loungers. Special mention to our cleaner, Elseyad who cleaned our room 403 to the highest standard every day and left some beautiful art on our bed. Such a super friendly guy again always with a smile on his face. We really do feel like we’re in paradise

Highly recommend this hotel. From arrival to departure this hotel is a 5*. Rooms are beautiful and the sea view will take your breath away. The staff are fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Special thanks to Elsayed who cleaned our room every day to a high standard. We are back in March 26 and cannot wait.

It’s a very nice hotel on the beach , where you can do lots of trips , diving , snorkelling. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I especially love our cleaner who always put a smile on our face with his creativity. He made a mermaid out of the towels , he also made a man, decorated our room for my birthday. He is very friendly and helpful, also speaks good enough English. His name is Elsayed. We staying in 403 room at the moment.
