The grounds are beautiful but a bit small. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping does a great job. The staff is polite, and the food is delicious. The warm pools are a real plus, especially in winter.

The location of the hotel, the rooms and the view were very nice. Everything was nice at the hotel. It is a hotel that I would like to go back to. But there was only one problem, most of the staff were indifferent and uninterested. I would like to thank the pool barman Kiro, the animation team's Abdullah Meryem and Avalia for their attention and interest.

The hotel was not very keen to serve Asian - faced customers as its history showed. I was treated in the same way at the beginning but I tried to express how I felt directly to the staff and be straightforward about the problems the hotel encountered, e.g., not providing a welcome drink, not cleaning the swimming pool… The receptionist and other staff changed their attitude a bit after being confronted by me. Generally, the hotel meets the cleanliness level and provides appropriate responses to me. The breakfast isn’t great but the dinner choices are ok.

I'll say right away – we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel! Our room had a sea view. We admired the sea from the balcony from sunrise! The staff here is simply brilliant in every position. The reception manager, Elias, with a charming smile, competently and calmly resolved all our questions. About the food! Very tasty and varied. The menu was seriously updated every day. There were daily specials, like sushi. The chef here is a real inventor! You can order a national cuisine dinner... We chose Mongolian. There was nothing like it, but the shrimp and vegetables fried right before your eyes were delicious. Speaking of food and drink, we remember Makariy and Mina. By the way, the alcohol here is widely available and "delicious." The reef is very decent with lots of fish, making swimming interesting! But it's a bit crowded, so swim from 7 a.m. until lunchtime (everyone leaves early). The hotel's sandy beach is in a different location, where you can get a bus. That's why there aren't many children at the hotel. We liked the quiet... Yes, the hotel grounds are small, but they've come up with a solution. They offer free evening bus tours to Sharm, Naama, and Soho. The entertainment is also sometimes enjoyable. Thank you to the hotel for our stay.

The resort is excellent. The sea right next to the resort is one of the most beautiful places to snorkel and see the fish and coral reefs. The room was spacious and clean. My only comment was about the food; it was pretty much the same every day. There was no change in the open buffet; more variety would have been better. As for the rooms, some had a perfect view, while others were a bit farther away.

At first, we were delighted: They gave us a room with a sea view for free and it's really wonderful, the view is incredible, most of the rooms overlook the courtyard with a swimming pool. The hotel grounds are very large, you get around by bus. The room itself looks nice. There's a bar in the pool with drinks and ice cream. That's all the pros. There were more disappointments. The girl was extremely stressed because the curtain in the toilet became transparent at night and you could see everything in the toilet from the room. I'm attaching a photo. The food wasn't very good, a C, usually you want to try everything in an all-inclusive package, but here you didn't want to. But at least there was something to eat in the main building at the reception! There were no seats in the dining room, an employee came up to us, showed us to a free seat and offered us a paid menu, which was confusing. There was also no tea/coffee in the dining room. We were in the far building and in the morning we didn't want to go to the bus to have breakfast and we went to the "local" canteen, just a disappointment, I have never seen worse food anywhere, the only thing that was edible was pancakes, they were taken apart in 2 minutes and they didn't add more. At night the toilet started humming and at 1:50 the alarm went on, hissed, as if someone wanted to say something, but nothing was said and the hissing stopped. All this prevented me from sleeping, but not catastrophically. Somehow it is customary that when you go to bed, there is a master key by the bed, you press it and everything turns off, here there is no such thing, you walk around the room turning off each light separately. The air conditioner does not have a remote control and it is impossible to leave it overnight, since in the "drying" mode at the lowest speed and at +26 it is very cold. All the pools are children's, deep, at least 1.5 meters. The staff is not the friendliest. While we were standing at the reception, nothing was decided in favor of the guest. Good manners are when the hotel allows you to eat or enjoy the hotel's amenities on the day of departure, for example, lie on the beach. Here, you will not even be allowed to drink, there is no talk of any food. The suitcase is at the entrance near the reception and you yourself cannot go further than the sofa... By the way, what finished it off was that even the sun curtain does not retract, the length of the curtain is only enough for half the window, and in the morning at 8 o'clock on our sunny side it was very bright. All this may not be very catastrophic for someone, but you do not expect this when you take a hotel for 10k. We took better hotels, half the price.

The worst service of any hotel we've ever experienced. Instead of saying "hello" or "welcome," the receptionist barked, "passport..." The beer was old and sour, the food was repetitive, the restaurant was barely a restaurant—it was a cafeteria, with a terrible smell and constantly pestering waiters... Every single guest complained about the service and the uninspiring, uninteresting food. I don't recommend this hotel. We had a very bad experience... It's a shame.
