What a ”smart” hotel (referring to using smart technology) ... for example, I could easily charge my iPhone by placing my smartphone on the bedside table. The hotel is also very spacious with a huge TV plasma screen for pleasant viewing. Great location too cos it is within walking distance to Shenyang Middle Street (pedestrian mall) as well as nearby attractions such as Shenyang Imperial Palace (Gu Gong). Although the hotel claims all the towels are cleanly washed and sealed in sanitized bags, I have found a strain of hair in one of the sealed bags. That was disgusting! On a positive note, I had a pleasant stay at the Shenyang Central Hotel (even though for just one night).

A good base to explore Shenyang and fairly quiet being lcated off to the quiet side near middle street with plenty of food options and attraction sites nearby. Ample breakfast options in the hotel. Have a small gym and laundry room.
