Ulasan Shenyang Central Hotel (Forbidden City Middle Street Subway Station)

The hotel checked in quickly, and the room in the middle was very good.The room is clean and will stay again.The hotel has a good environment and is located in the middle.Check in soon, and will check in again.I will stay again.

The location was good, but the front desk was in the 26th floor, that was inconvenient. Apart from that the hotel was clean and the staff, although not speaking English, was really friendly and nice to us. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

What a "smart" hotel (referring to using smart technology) ... for example, I could easily charge my iPhone by placing my smartphone on the bedside table. The hotel is also very spacious with a huge TV plasma screen for pleasant viewing. Great location too cos it is within walking distance to Shenyang Middle Street (pedestrian mall) as well as nearby attractions such as Shenyang Imperial Palace (Gu Gong). Although the hotel claims all the towels are cleanly washed and sealed in sanitized bags, I have found a strain of hair in one of the sealed bags. That was disgusting! On a positive note, I had a pleasant stay at the Shenyang Central Hotel (even though for just one night).

The location of this hotel is very convenient,Night market street right beside the hotel,view is good too,since the hotel is occupying the 21st-27th floor, there's also free ice cream for their summer, the service staff is also enthusiastic, they just sound loud, and are not actually swearing at you.

The hotel is located near Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, which is very close to the Palace Museum. The room is relatively large, clean and tidy, and the front desk service is good. I will come here again next time. I recommend a rich breakfast.

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

I was satisfied with my stay in the hotel. The breakfast was very good. It was a good Chinese breakfast.A hotel that will come again next time, great.

Really satisfied, yes, this hotel room is very large.And the service attitude is very good. I will come to a hotel again next time and like it. It's great.

I have seen many hotels in China. This hotel is definitely in top-5: - convenient location; - friendly personnel; - clean rooms; - big TV with sound bar in the room; - free laundry room; - free ice cream I have only one suggestion to the hotel to improve: 2 lifts is clearly not enough for hotel. Especially the lobby is located on the 26th floor. To use the lifts always takes time

Surroundings are bustling town with many food eateries and shopping centres. Just popped by hotel to rest whenver am tired. Went on 1May - labour day holiday and there are many many people around. Thank goodness i can return to the hotel conveniently. It is clean and trendy and big in size.
