Atour Hotel (Shenyang Middle Street Rose)

This is my initial stay with Atour, following a recommendation from friends in Singapore who praised the hotel's service and comfortable accommodations. I found the front office staff to be exceptionally helpful. However, I must draw attention to the condition of the lobby restroom, which was unacceptably dirty, unkempt, malodorous, and lacked tissue supplies. I reported this issue to the Front Office. Subsequent to my complaint, my room received persistent and unsettling phone calls every 5 to 10 minutes, with the caller inquiring if it was room 110X. The caller's voice was unusual and disturbing. These incessant calls disrupted my family's sleep throughout the night. Despite reporting this to the Front Office, they were unable to trace the origin of these calls. On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Nevertheless, I am compelled to reconsider future stays at this hotel due to significant safety concerns. 这是我首次入住亚朵酒店，此前是经新加坡的朋友推荐，他们称赞这家酒店的服务和住宿舒适度。我发现前厅员工非常乐于助人。然而，我必须指出大堂洗手间的情况——脏乱不堪、气味难闻，且缺少纸巾供应，实在令人无法接受。我已将此问题向前台反映。 在我投诉之后，我的房间不断接到令人不安的电话，每隔5到10分钟一次，来电者询问是否是110X房间，对方声音异常且让人不适。这些接连不断的电话干扰了我们全家整夜的睡眠。尽管我向前台报告了此事，他们仍无法追查到来电来源。 积极的一面是，早餐服务非常出色，品种丰富多样。尽管如此，由于严重的安全顾虑，我不得不重新考虑今后是否还会入住这家酒店。

Location is great. Free laundry. Helpful staffs. Need get a phone number at counter for verification code to access Wifi.

Pros: - Location right next to the metro (underground) station, in the centre of the city - Cleanliness - Free bottled water - Friendly staff Cons: - The delivery robot on the corridor could be heard speaking from inside the room Overall, the hotel is recommended. Hotel is not clean. There is dust visible on the bed frame. Stains on bathroom. This is the worst Atour hotel I have stayed in

After staying at Atour in Changbaishan & Yanji, which have offered an excellent service, the Atour in Shenyang Zhongjie was a let down. The room is stuffy, and the air conditioner didn't work well. I set the temperature at 20, but during the 3-day stay, the room temperature has never dropped below 24. Talked to the staff about the air conditioner but the technician was not very friendly. There's no shaver given, and the replenishment of the tea was not on time. There's no mini bar in the room which I think it's should be a basic for a hotel like Atour. The front desk was not helpful or friendly. I asked them for a non-smoking room which they did give me one, but put me next to the lift, where there's constantly someone who smoked there.

Excellent location to 中街 which is the shopping thoroughfare. The subway exit is less than half a minute’s walk from the hotel. Lobby and room are clean. Front desk service is prompt. One of the two lifts was not working well during my stay but not a major issue.

Overall the hotel environment is good, clean and the service provider there is friendly and helpful. Many thanks to them for the day when we stay there.

Hotel allow us to check in early and given us complimentary breakfast for the stay. Location was good just that water quality is bad after some water issue. Overall my stay was good.

Room service and front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and nice! Location is very convenient and it’s right above the subway and also at the middle of the Zhongjie walkway street.
