The rooms are very clean and the service very excellent but their air conditioning is very poor we were dripping of sweat for more than 3 hours till the fixed it but it wasnt cool enough we had to go and find a place to spend the late hours of the afternoon till it got cool. 1、價格比較親民，現在能找到這麼好的地真的不容易了,前台服務員人好,遇事好溝通，基本都能幫忙解決,真算的上是客户至上，開始以為這種學校酒店便宜環境會很差，實際入住後真心好評，該有的都有,而且是實體牆，隔音效果好，衞生收拾不錯,整個房間很有家的感覺。給個五星推薦給大家。
2、房間裝修風格很簡約,明亮乾淨整潔，設施設備也很齊全，交通方便，門口打車公交都很便捷，周邊逛街購物也很方便，在網上對比設施,性價比才遠定這家,果然沒有失望哦，裝修挺好，各方面都不錯,物有所值，前台人員都很好，很熱情。下次還會選定這一家，推薦大家去，非常好的一次體驗。
3、前台辦理入住很快,有問必箸，服務很讓人滿意,對房間也很滿意,留簾的遮光性也特別強，早上不用擔心被陽光照醒。床很大，也比較軟，舒適度高。衞生間裏也挺乾淨的。淋浴的水冷熱調節很快，水龍頭出水也很給力，浴巾毛巾看的出來都是新的。總體評價就乾淨一衞生~方便~舒適一很滿意的一次住宿

Great hotel, perfect location between the airport and train station. Rooms are in good and clean condition, good breakfast with a wide selection of foods.
The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing! I forgot my phone in the taxi to the hotel and Keyon and Yoyo went out of their way to help me retrieve my phone. They translated and arranged for my hotel to be brought back to the hotel and went beyond to ensure I had a very pleasant stay! 10/10!
Would 100% recommend staying here and a big shoutout to Keyon and Yoyo!

Semasa anda berjalan di tingkat bawah di Hang Lung, kadangkala anda dapat menjumpai beg yang tidak boleh anda beli di kedai lain. Tidak banyak orang di pusat membeli-belah seperti Bandar Vientiane. Kakitangan perkhidmatan di meja depan sangat luar biasa. Sekiranya anda ingat dengan betul, pembersihan bilik harus dipanggil Shao. Na, saya ingin memberikan pujian khas. The ”Little Europe District” on Zhongshan Lu, with Western restaurants and sidewalk cafes, is walking distance. 9th floor facilities are great--gym, pool table, Western restaurant, patio dining (no wifi, though). 23rd floor partment 1-br suite was great for the price: not luxurious but clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, kitchen with basic equipment (convection stove, not gas, unfortunately), no noise, no odors. Friendly English-speaking staff. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will come again.

PPengguna TetamuI origanally booked the hotel for one night and planned to move to a second hotel. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to their customers. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the facilities were great, although the water in the shower lacked some pressure it didn't cause me any problems. the breakfast posted both Chinese and western style buffet and the food was delicious. I extended my stay another two nights. I would definitely stay again if was in this area.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery convenient with direct access subway from airport. Eateries are limited around the hotel. Walk 200m toward the TV tower & u may find some. I stayed in a midsize suite for a night & on my return 2 nights, they upgraded to the biggest suite.
The mid sized suite face the TV tower which the largest suite they give me face a construction site which run 24hrs. Light sleeper do take note. Mattress is softer & more comfortable in the big suite. Toilet bowl for the midsize suite are in a separated room away from bathroom. Breakfast not worth mentioning but the staff are polite. I would rate this as a good basic business hotel. Not the luxurious type u are looking for. Very good price tho..
The main downside for me would be the renovation smells that linger strongly in part of corridor & room. There is a pungent plastic burning smell that bothers me. Secondly, the aircon blower was shut in winter period. I susposed to save cost. Only a small air vent above the window. The air is still & stuffy in the room. I had to left the main door ajar to get some breeze in the room.
Pictures are the 80meter square room. Last 4pics are the midsize suite. Prices in chinese dy website are way cheaper.

CChestnutTravelsThe room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid.
1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take.
2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts.
3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time.
4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon.
5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

Tempat: Walaupun bilik hotel berusia beberapa tahun, ia sangat bersih dan kemas secara keseluruhan. Perkhidmatan lembut sangat baik. Dari penerimaan pengurus lobi, daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, kepada perkhidmatan restoran, orang ramai berasa penuh semangat dan kemesraan. Terdapat juga lobi. Buah alu-aluan yang disampaikan oleh pengurus adalah tempat yang sangat disyorkan untuk tinggal dalam perjalanan perniagaan dan perjalanan. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.
