I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was commendable. While the room price included breakfast for two, we were unable to avail of this offer due to our fasting during Ramadan. However, we definitely plan to take advantage of it next time.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, and is a convenient 30-minute drive from the city center. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained.
One minor suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue of doors banging early in the morning when the cleaning staff enters the rooms. It startled us a few times until we got accustomed to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

It is situated at Taiyuan central business district of Shenyang. The hotel is within walking distance to the train station and just 30 minutes' drive from the airport. And it is easy to get to Shenyang Economy Development Zone, Tiexi Xinqu and Shenyang Financial Business Area.The 1st to the 6th floor is a large shopping mall.

Good hotel. Nice, clean, and central.
The bed had a plastic bit jutting out.
That scratched and almost cut my leg. That's still apparent, red and tender after 4 days.
Called reception. Very helpful apologetic lady came. Brought dressing for wound.
Offered to charge rooms. Brought fruit.
Brought engineer. They sorted the issue.
Then for personal reasons, I needed to leave earlier than 5 days.
The hotel refused to refund 3 days.
After trip. Com intervention, offered 2 days refund.
My stay was 2 nights.
So, a mixed feeling review.

Was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and cleanliness of this hotel. The staff actually greet you when they pass by and the rooms are cleaned to Western standards. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel architecture is absolutely beautiful. Anywhere I walk within the hotel is spacious, modern and really just gorgeous. I definitely wished I could have stayed longer - the bed and bathtub themselves were beyond cozy. The swimming pool is crystal blue, open all year round, and kept at 28 celcius. Daily kitchen is located on the top floor with, again, beautiful architect and window views. Hospitality of the staff was well beyond also. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the attendant lead me out of my taxi and insisted on carrying my bags, while more attendants kept opening doors for me and leading me to the front desk and then to my room. They explained everything while in my room too. The front desk lady offered me late check out right upon request. And the friendly waitress in the daily kitchen stayed within my presence just so she could be attentive to all my needs. I truly have never felt so welcomed in a hotel before.

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid.
1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take.
2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts.
3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time.
4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon.
5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

女兒生日，要在酒店過，選了很多最終還是喜歡萬鑫酒店的小黃鴨親子房。賓客關係主任依芸提前聯繫我得知小朋友過生日，幫我安排房間佈置，還送了一個超美味的蛋糕，還和客房部一起給了小朋友一個儀式感滿滿的驚喜，真的是太貼心了，我們全家都非常感動，女兒特別開心。房間童趣十足，床品很舒適，酒店停車也方便。酒店最近還有童趣活動，有室外的遊樂場，小朋友不要太開心呀！非常感謝萬鑫酒店感謝客房部尤其感謝依芸小美女，讓女兒的6歲生日如此完美！現在就開始期待下一次的相見啦！

KKaiserinHotel yang saya pilih setiap kali saya membawa bayi saya ke Shenyang, kerana bilik twin mempunyai dua katil besar 1.5 meter, dan keluarga dengan tiga orang tidur dengan sangat selesa. Ia tidak sesak sama sekali. Sarapannya kaya dengan pelbagai jenis, yang dapat memenuhi selera keluarga. Persekitarannya baru dan tidak lama. Kolam renang dengan ketinggian tinggi direka dengan baik. Kawasan rehat, tangga kolam kanak-kanak, dan gambar tanpa batas juga indah. Semasa anda berjalan di tingkat bawah di Hang Lung, kadangkala anda dapat menjumpai beg yang tidak boleh anda beli di kedai lain. Tidak banyak orang di pusat membeli-belah seperti Bandar Vientiane. Kakitangan perkhidmatan di meja depan sangat luar biasa. Sekiranya anda ingat dengan betul, pembersihan bilik harus dipanggil Shao. Na, saya ingin memberikan pujian khas. Saya mahukan dua botol air mineral. Setelah saya menghantarnya, saya melihat bahawa saya mengambil anak saya. Saya juga menghantar peralatan mandian kanak-kanak, selipar, dan mainan untuk harimau kecil itu. Saya sangat hangat dan bertanya sama ada kita kekurangan apa-apa lagi. Seperti ibu saudara saya, kami mengucapkan selamat tinggal ketika mendaftar keluar. Keghairahan perkhidmatan lebih mengejutkan dan selesa daripada kaunter penerimaan tetamu. For the room that I chose, quite big and really clean.
If you are looking for the place to stay while travelling in Shenyang, I really recommend this hotel.

BBurellWalking distance from Shenyang Train Station. Next to a major pedestrian shopping street, Taiyuan Lu, with a supermarket. The ”Little Europe District” on Zhongshan Lu, with Western restaurants and sidewalk cafes, is walking distance. 9th floor facilities are great--gym, pool table, Western restaurant, patio dining (no wifi, though). 23rd floor partment 1-br suite was great for the price: not luxurious but clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, kitchen with basic equipment (convection stove, not gas, unfortunately), no noise, no odors. Friendly English-speaking staff. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will come again.

PPengguna TetamuI had been stayed in the hotel twice from 18 May 2023. The first stay was booked through trip.com while the 2nd stay was booked through the hotel directly.
The hotel is located at a very good position. The river bank park is within 5 mins walking and it is not bad and good for morning or evening walk.
The bed sheets are very clean and comfortable. 4-6 bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided a day
The staff of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I had a document to copy in an evening time when the shops were closed due to the late hours. I just passed by the receiption area, so I just asked the staff at the counter if they have a copying machine. In fact, they don't have a photo copier. They just have a printer with copy function. The printer is installed at a pretty low position, and need to squat down to operate it. Xiao Song, a very friendly and nice lady, helped me to make 2 copies of my document while she needed to serve other clients at the counter at the same time. She had to squat down few times to complete the whole document. Thank you so much Xiao Song.
The hotel lift is a bit slow and waiting time is a bit longer. You may need to press the same button more than once for a ride.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery convenient with direct access subway from airport. Eateries are limited around the hotel. Walk 200m toward the TV tower & u may find some. I stayed in a midsize suite for a night & on my return 2 nights, they upgraded to the biggest suite.
The mid sized suite face the TV tower which the largest suite they give me face a construction site which run 24hrs. Light sleeper do take note. Mattress is softer & more comfortable in the big suite. Toilet bowl for the midsize suite are in a separated room away from bathroom. Breakfast not worth mentioning but the staff are polite. I would rate this as a good basic business hotel. Not the luxurious type u are looking for. Very good price tho..
The main downside for me would be the renovation smells that linger strongly in part of corridor & room. There is a pungent plastic burning smell that bothers me. Secondly, the aircon blower was shut in winter period. I susposed to save cost. Only a small air vent above the window. The air is still & stuffy in the room. I had to left the main door ajar to get some breeze in the room.
Pictures are the 80meter square room. Last 4pics are the midsize suite. Prices in chinese dy website are way cheaper.

Terdapat pusat beli-belah yang besar seperti Parkson dan Wanda, serta Starbucks, Food City, kedai serbaneka Lawson, bar dan aktiviti riadah yang lain. Tempat: Walaupun bilik hotel berusia beberapa tahun, ia sangat bersih dan kemas secara keseluruhan. Perkhidmatan lembut sangat baik. Dari penerimaan pengurus lobi, daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, kepada perkhidmatan restoran, orang ramai berasa penuh semangat dan kemesraan. Terdapat juga lobi. Buah alu-aluan yang disampaikan oleh pengurus adalah tempat yang sangat disyorkan untuk tinggal dalam perjalanan perniagaan dan perjalanan. Kualiti perkhidmatan di bawah jenama Shangri-La boleh dipercayai.🌞🌞🌞

PPengguna Tetamu帶孩子來的，前台老熱情了還送我兒子龍年小玩偶還有特色小紅包正好大年初一用得上，訂這兒主要是離奧體冰雪嘉年華很近，酒店床很舒服，辦入住的時候還給了小孩兒拖鞋和牙刷牙膏正好我忘了給我兒子帶，可真的是太方便了！衞生間設計的也很棒，還有浴簾！旁邊就是萬達，雖然説是過年但是萬達裏面超市還開着，買點啥都很方便，推薦推薦！

Surprisingly, I was told everyday I stay at the hotel, I am free to go to the resort to relax and enjoy myself. The breakfast is very good and with wide spread. Only negative point is that it is far from my room.
Will be back again.

The staff was friendly and helpful when approached with requests etc. It is quite convenient that there is a coffeeshop located in the lobby with wifi, power sockets etc, ideal for a chill work break in between traveling.
