GGuest UserThe room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The smart controls worked perfectly, and the Xiaodu AI assistant was quite clever – a fun touch! All the facilities were well-appointed. What truly stood out was the exceptional service; both the housekeeping 'auntie' and the front desk staff were incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. This attention to detail was really impressive! The breakfast offered great value for money, with options to suit everyone's needs. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning for another stay.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and beautiful, with a huge balcony directly overlooking a stunning sea view. Every morning, the sunrise painted half the sky crimson, which was truly spectacular. The beach was literally just downstairs, a stone's throw away – it's rare to find a hotel with such direct access. The fine, soft sand is a rarity in mainland China, and I never expected to find such a beautiful beach to enjoy right here in Shenzhen.
There's a great variety of children's facilities, including multiple indoor and outdoor pools, plus an indoor heated pool. Our kids absolutely loved playing in the water. The staff were highly responsive and provided attentive service. There are also plenty of supermarkets and small restaurants nearby, about a ten-minute walk away.
There were a few minor imperfections, though. The breakfast was decent – enough to fill you up, but nothing particularly exciting. The soundproofing wasn't great. As it's a family-friendly hotel, many guests have children, and over the weekend, kids upstairs were running and screaming for about two hours. Late one night, the occupants of the adjacent room ordered takeout, and the delivery person kept knocking on their door for ages without anyone answering.
Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was excellent. It was our child's first time seeing the ocean, which happened at the InterContinental, and we'll definitely be back! 👍🏻

GGuest UserHaving music playing in the room was a wonderful surprise; it truly helped me relax, drift off to sleep, and have sweet dreams. It felt quite unique and incredibly comfortable. The music's soothing quality was so pleasant, it would even be perfect for car rides, making everyone feel at ease and enjoy the experience.
Additionally, they offered complimentary evening amenities like porridge, ice, and tea, which was a thoughtful and excellent service.
The ambiance was elegant and provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. There was ample parking available, and the price was very reasonable. Five-star recommendation!

The staff were not only incredibly personable but also their service attitude was exceptionally warm and attentive. During check-in and check-out, they were meticulous and even thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, which significantly enhanced my positive impression.
The guest rooms were equally impressive, surprisingly spacious with a thoughtful layout. The decor was minimalist yet stylish. They were spotlessly clean, and all essential amenities were provided. Lying in bed, it truly felt like a cozy home away from home.
The hotel's gym was a definite highlight. The equipment was well-maintained and user-friendly. Plus, there were professional trainers on hand to assist, making it comfortable even for fitness beginners to work out.
Breakfast was another delightful surprise. The aroma of freshly baked bread was inviting, and there was a good balance of hot and cold dishes, along with a variety of freshly prepared beverages. It was a true pleasure to start the day with such a delicious and substantial breakfast.
From the front desk to the rooms, from the gym to the breakfast, this hotel excelled in every aspect. I will definitely be back again!

TThian FernGreat stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen with excellent service from the hotel staff. I visited Shenzhen with my family for a short getaway and birthday celebration. Upon arrival, the hotel duty manager Allison assisted us with early checkin at 12pm. She was also helpful to ask one of the bellboys to assist me with a courier postage which totally save me the hassle from going to the post office. Steven from concierge was very patient to understand our personal preferences to give some really good recommendations of activities, places to visit, and even recent special events in the city 👍 recommend to ask their hotel concierge for recommebdations if you have no travel plans in Shenzhen. The hotel concierge also provides service to store our online purchase parcels that were delivered to the hotel. As we were celebrating birthday during our hotel stay, they have prepared birthday cake and birthday pillows which was absolutely adorable. At the end of our stay, the duty manager Rachel presented us a small gift token which surprised us and make our stay memorable ❤️. The hotel room was more than spacious for 2 people to stay. The bathroom was large too and i really appreciate the duo wash basins and the tv screen on the mirror. The shower was abit difficult to use and the shower head tends to slip down from the stand. The bed was sooooo comfortable and they have a wide selection of pillow. This is definitely one of the best hotel beds we slept on. Other than the fact that other furnitures like the study table and sofa were a bit dated, overall the room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hotel spa services. The massage service was soooo good. Love their curation of essential oil. The masseur was skillful to hit the the sore spot with the right amount of strength💆🏻♀️. We had a very good sleep after the massage. We will definitely return to Four Seasons again and will recommend others to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel's design is flawless, featuring smart technology that makes everything incredibly convenient. My room even came with a projector for watching movies – I absolutely loved it! The hotel also boasts a complimentary swimming pool with excellent water quality; the kids had such a blast they didn't want to get out! It's very close to Dameisha Beach, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Every staff member I encountered throughout the hotel had a wonderful attitude, making for a fantastic overall experience. I would definitely return given the opportunity.

The expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning city skyline views. 🌃 The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and soaking in the bathtub was pure bliss! 🛁
The Executive Lounge was exceptionally comfortable, offering a fantastic ambiance to enjoy the beautiful sunset well into the evening. The afternoon tea desserts were delicious, and the evening light meal had a great variety, with six hot dishes, fresh fruit, and unlimited drinks.

The only slight drawback was the bathroom, which felt a bit narrow – you really had to stand straight for the door to close properly. It's conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the metro station. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly warm and welcoming. As I was leaving, she asked if I needed water or anything else, emphasizing that I shouldn't hesitate to ask.

__M1598953****The hotel's location is excellent. Our room balcony directly faced the beach, and it was lovely just sitting there enjoying the view, especially when the sun was out. The service was also superb. We were personally escorted to our room during check-in, and even received a thoughtful souvenir upon check-out. The hotel has its own restaurant. The room was clean and tidy. Furthermore, the seawater and beach at A'Kanara are very clean. My only minor comment is that the beach is a bit small, but everything else was flawless. The sunsets are incredibly beautiful, truly living up to its reputation as an 'Orange Sea'. By the beach, you can enjoy swings, have beer and grilled chicken, and during the summer, there are even live band performances. Overall, this was a fantastic holiday experience.

BBon AngOne of the best hotel in Shenzhen. From the bell boy to the reception and the restaurant staff, you will receive top notch services- thumb up. Their dim sum is good. The staff are super friendly and they had upgraded us to a bigger room without us asking and when we call and ask on check out timing they had automatically inform us that they had extended our checkout timing to 2pm. Impressive. We Had Accidentally left 4 boxes of blueberries and tomatoes in the mini fridge, staff treats for them haha
