This is one of the best hotel experiences possible. I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews but our stay was off the charts great for 1 night and we have done lots of traveling. Make sure to get the buffet breakfast included with your stay, it's an absolutely incredible value and so gourmet in every way with a plethora of choices. Room had the most amazing view I have ever seen. They also give you a complimentary fridge drinks!! Last but not least the location is perfect, it's right by the  shenzhen airport and shopping really close to hotel. You can easily shop around. I don't write many reviews but cannot recommend this hotel enough. Will be staying at this chain of hotels again.

Brand new hotel near many factories, very good location to visit suppliers around, and also metro, plus a nice shopping mall with many restaurants, nice room, new, big, good breakfast, some problems to communicate in English, but all good, price acceptable.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Shenzen for a short weekend getaway and overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby area was also nicely decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. However, there was one major disappointment - the breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection was limited and the food quality was not up to par. The continental breakfast spread was lacking in variety, with only a few pastries and cereals available. and the coffee was ununavailable Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel to others. The good far outweighs the bad, and I would consider staying here again in the future. Just be prepared for a mediocre breakfast experience.

The restaurant waiters and waitresses both in Hilton Garden Grille 1 floor and kitchen craft All Day Dining Restaurant 3 floor of Hilton Hotel, room service workers on the 14 floor of Hilton Garden Inn, and the girl at the reception desk of Garden Inn are very professional. 很喜歡這家酒店，非常安靜，而且又是希爾頓旗下的希爾頓花園品牌，雖然提供的服務有限，但是都很温馨，很喜歡有温度的服務，酒店位置離高鐵站比較近，平時出差挺方便的，房間也很大，感覺比五星級得都大，這個價格真是賺到了，還有前台的小哥，英文名應該是叫ray，我是半夜到店辦入住的，也沒有絲毫不耐煩，總的來説，是一場非常不錯的入住體驗
