Great helpful stuff and great location. Bad cleaning: i had 3 toothpast tubes and one brush begind the sink. A very old hotel by now, all is in bad shape. They have a great picture of the entry and rooms but it is not actually true. In the superior room there is no window even though the pictures might think you that (the description on trip is however correct). The breakfast is buffet but limited also in space. Air con if turned off still running at minimal pace. Spare you money and take a different hotel with a window for less.

This is a very bad hotel. I didn't expect to rent such a bad hotel in a big city like Shenzhen. The walls are moldy and there are dead mosquitoes on the door. Although I complained, they changed the room to me. But I couldn't imagine that I was assigned this room. You can feel my anger when you look at the picture.

Excellent location very close to Gangxia metro station, also close to many restaurants and a short walk to shopping centres etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Special shoutout to the girl on reception (wearing the mask) who checked me in. Every time I saw her she would be very enthusiastic and say hello, I was rather sad she was not there on my last day when I checked out. Would highly recommend.

Consider rating this hotel 4 star. Very good. Worth going this place and very good location.

Great stay but the breakfast service was not as good as local hotels. Coffee machine unavailable.

Terrible service front desk. They claimed to return our ID when checking but actually forgot and wouldn’t return it. We called several times to ask for something but they kept forgetting our room number even when we called back to ask for us. Room is dusty even though hotel is not very old. Our room door was wide open when we checked in so who knows who else was in there.

Wouldn’t recommend. Staff took very long for the check in, was given the wrong room type, strange smell in the lift and outside. Overall bad conditions, wouldn’t recommend

Pros: Very convenient location. Very near Gangxia Metro Station (exit D). Just behind Wyndham Hotel. Room size is adequate and cleanliness is good. Beds were comfortable, bathroom were clean and toiletry products were of good quality. The toilet is Japanese style with sprays for cleaning your behind. Good service from the guy who was manning the reception when we checked in. Cons: Noisy due to construction work next door (work starts as early as 6:30am). Major setback is their centralised air condition which doesn't cool the rooms at all. Because of this, I had to change 3 rooms as it was too hot to stay. Ended up all rooms were the same. The late evening receptionist (2 ladies) was not helpful at all and even gave me a smoking room which was smelly and not properly ventilated.

A very well situated hotel, right next to a subway station and in the financial district The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was not so good, it was a very small buffet. Fortunately there are many good places to eat within 2 minutes walking distance. The atmosphere in the hotel was good and the staff were friendly. Fresh bottled water and basic bathroom items supplied every day, but no tea or coffee. The visual style of the hotel is very interesting, It looks like a copy of several European styles. The hotel seems to have previously been called the Alexander.
