Every time I come to Shuibei, I stay at their place. It's great value for money and very close to Jinzuo and Yinzuo. It's super convenient for business trips, and the service is excellent, with the butler replying very promptly! The room is also quite quiet. Recommended!

Absolutely terrible! First, they gave me a standard room worth 260 yuan. When I pointed out I booked a 416 yuan single-bed duplex loft, they switched me to a twin-bed loft, claiming they only had twin beds, and then demanded I pay the difference. I was speechless. Am I that easy to bully? If you don't have single beds, why offer them on the platform? On top of that, the hygiene was genuinely awful. I seriously doubt the sheets were clean; I woke up the next day with red eyes and a stye on my eyelid. The towels were dingy white, the bathroom cabinet door was broken, and the hot water flow from the faucet was a trickle. The bathroom just looked dilapidated. This is, without a doubt, the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. The customer service rep was an older gentleman. I've included screenshots of our full conversation after checking in to warn others. Come here if you want to test your mental limits or enjoy a 'broken' aesthetic.

We arranged a loft room for you and refunded the price difference, but you misunderstood and thought we were charging you extra. You are truly unscrupulous! You stayed one night and the next day you accused us of charging you extra, and even asked the platform to apply for a refund for you. We change the linens daily; can't you tell if they've been washed or not with your naked eye? Look at the photos you posted; the linens are clearly washed. If you felt the hygiene was poor upon entering, you can apply for a refund. We did not force you to buy anything. Your eyes were red the next day; did you sleep face down? Did the sores on your eyelids cause this with the blankets? That's ridiculous. Hotel towels are white; what hotel towel isn't white? In short, we will consider your feedback valuable and quickly adjust and improve our services to create a more comfortable and pleasant environment for every guest. We look forward to your next visit and hope you will have a different experience. May your family always be 18 and never grow up.

The room was fresh, and the bedding was clean and soft against the skin. The pillows and mattress were just the right firmness, allowing for a good night's sleep until morning. The soundproofing was also excellent. The staff were polite and kind, and the room amenities were complete, with great hot water pressure and plenty of charging outlets. The internet connection was smooth. There are also plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.

I chose this apartment for a family trip, and it was a great experience! The price was very reasonable, even during the summer holiday, making it excellent value for money. The room was spacious enough, so we didn't feel cramped, and it was impeccably clean. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable sleep.

The room has large, floor-to-ceiling windows, making it bright and airy, with no sense of being cramped. It's also great value for money. The sheets and duvet were super comfy and soft, I had a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent too; I couldn't hear any noise at all at night. The breakfast downstairs was also delicious.

I felt the apartment was quite clean, and the price wasn't expensive. The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service. There's a commercial street not far downstairs, so food and drinks are not a problem, and it's convenient for going out and finding meals. It's also very close to the subway station. The value for money is absolutely amazing.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bedding was very comfortable to sleep in, and the soundproofing was also good. All toiletries were individually packaged, there was plenty of hot water, and the hygiene details were well-executed. I feel that hygiene is paramount when staying away from home, and I was very satisfied with my stay here.

The environment is beautiful and the location is great. I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. The decor is exquisite, and I really loved it. I'll definitely come back again in the future. I highly recommend it to everyone; you should really give it a try.

The environment is quite good and looks very clean. It has a fridge, washing machine, and everything else you need, which are all very convenient to use. The staff's service attitude is also excellent. When I got a bit lost at the high-speed rail station, I called for directions and the front desk lady was incredibly patient and helpful! Such heartwarming service, I really appreciate it... ❤️
