Good location. Not far from subway and museums. Friendly staff. Ample BF. Nice, spacious room with comfortable bed and pillow. Especially, truely smoke-free room.

Good location close to taoyuan station and close to travel spot like nan tou. Nice lobby at this price level, room is spacious and upgraded to window room . Very worthful price just bathrooms cleanliness may need to improve abit. Free laundry, breakfast, almost perfect worthly at this price and may stay again

Easy check in but the room didn’t meet my expectations . Deluxe King room. Quite small and not deluxe. Parts were very dated and many unprofessional quick fixes. I don’t know who would only paint half a ceiling

Nice hotel with reasonable price which is walking distance to Shenzhen University, banks, eatery and convenience stores. Room is nice and staff were helpful and friendly. Free laundry which is very generous of the hotel. Breakfast is considered good for the price paid. Always my top choice whenever I visited Shenzhen.

This is my second time staying here. Very good hotel & staffs here also very helpful. During 3 30pm midnight , I need to go out to buy some medicine, the front desk ladies so helpful , she help me to call the cab. Even though we request to change the room at midnight...front desk help us to change another room to me. I'm really thank the ladies at midnight duty on 8 Feb 2025 for their help. Overall, stay here is pleasant & good.

The facilities there are bit old. Breakfast quite soso. Location is quite good as it is nearby many Centre.

Overall experience was good. Just that they only had one lift. During peak hours , slightly longer waiting time.

I have nothing bad to say, everything was as expected, clean room, nice service, really welcoming workers at the front desk. They don’t really speak English but are really arranging and if you have a little Chinese it will be fine ! I have no pictures ahah just the window view ~

The stay was really lovely. No problems whatsoever. What we found a bit annoying was the light switch system, because it was not centralized. We had to manually walk to every corner where the light was on and turn it off. The isolation has room for improvement, slight noise from the outside slipped in to our room, but not loud enough to disturb us.

I think they don’t speak English, the room was big and clean with everything that was needed. The breakfast is chinese style.
