My many many times stay at this hotel. Oveall up to my standard.

Very good and strategically located. Near metro and nantou ancient town. Many food options around. Will be back if going to shenzhen again

International brand that we trust. The room is clean and bright. There are construction going on at the time we stayed but it’s not too noisy at the end. Comfortable bed and having laundry service is so convenient. The cleaners always greet guest and they cleaned the room very well.

the elevator is always full and wait for long time uneven floor at 6/F corridor and the carpet is smelly

The best hotel for solo travellers! Good service, free laundry, great location, nice simple Chinese breakfast, clean room. Come back next time again!

Food delivery guys running around floors knocking on doors and talking loudly over speaker phones while guests might be sleeping is not how an internationally recognized brand place is run. In other hotels delivery guys leave the stuff at the reception and guests come downstairs to collect.This is the only IBIS that i know of where this is being done. Reception area was the dirtiest I have ever seen at any hotel in my life. The whole place looked like a student dormitory or an apartment building rather than a hotel. On a positive note; the reception ladies were doing their utmost to handle things the way they knew best. I could tell they lacked training in proper hotel standard operating procedures and management over sight. The bed was comfortable.

Very good service for a hotel of this price range. There is a LARP establishment and an Internet cafe downstairs, so probably not the best option if traveling with minors. But for adult solo travelers, it is definitely a hassle free experience.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff who gave me many local recommendations for food, shops, and sights. Clean and modern looking hotel room.

we booked this Budget Hotel for 1 night stay for a business trip and it was good as for the rates

I find it strange that the room tv only has two Shenzhen channels. This is my first experience of having such a limited choice of channels on tv. Not even one CCTV channel offered.

Very basic equipment and cafeteria, loud and old neighborhood. But the service and people at the front desk are very kind and warming!

This place is nearer to two train stations and a lot of food stalls. I had an issues regarding on my train ticket to HK. The two girl staffs at front desks were very helpful to help me call the customer service Limitation: the hotel has to share with others business which is limit of privacy as hotel guest. Food choices limited for breakkie and no enough of seat for breakkie The best the is the location and services from the team.. and they also provide FREE laundry service

The staff is nice and cooperative. The location is not bad. Close to shops and different means of transportation. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast is below average. The reception area looks messy and there are no umbrellas provided for travelers in a raining season!
