The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel was very clean. It had a welcoming, personable feel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and there's plenty to explore nearby.

The room had a fridge but no washing machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they were accommodating when my brother forgot his ID, allowing him to check in using his Hong Kong and Macau Travel Permit. Complimentary bottled water was also provided. However, some of the towels had holes, so we barely used them. We ended up staying here for a day as a stopover due to a typhoon affecting our travel plans to Hong Kong.

Shenzhen Youranjun Hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to public transportation. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are fully equipped. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, always quick to respond to guests' requests. The only minor downsides are the absence of breakfast and the fact that disposable toiletries are not proactively provided. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The room was dirty I don’t understand an idea of window of bathroom you can see at the pics

Our room hygiene is cleaned by the staff and then checked by the housekeeping supervisor before you can check in. Our room decoration is in European style.
