Our Butler 小許 was so helpful and top notch service rendered by him throughout our stay! He would check in on how we are during our stay if all is well and whether we require any services like supper snacks which was in our booking package. Hotel staffs were all so friendly and helpful too. Delivery service by the cute robots for our online orders were prompt and not delayed versus other hotels that we stayed at. im definitely going to stay here for my future trips to SZ! cleanliness was top notch too!

This is absolutely superb hotel! All the amenities were on point and value for money! The Chinese brands are really much better than those international chain …even if they may the same cost but the value you get in return is well worth it! Not only I have a small gift from them when I checked out, I get a late night snack, ice cream and a drink every night!

My stay at Intercity Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The location is excellent — you can easily spend an entire day around the hotel without going far, as it’s surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and cafés that create a lively and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel itself is new and clearly opened recently (I believe in 2023 or 2024). Everything shows great attention to detail — from the room design to cleanliness and service quality. The staff are extremely professional and kind, always greeting guests with a smile and a helpful attitude. Special thanks to Monki, who was exceptionally kind and helped me a lot with coordination and resolving some issues during my stay. I truly wish her all the best. Honestly, all the aspects that matter to me were excellent — even beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a vibrant and convenient location.

Second time visiting in less than a year. A reasonable hotel in a good location. The breakfast selection is limited and could be better. The afternoon tea was a waste of time as they had a very limited selection of cakes and some left overs from breakfast. The staff were kind though and even gave us a free upgrade after we complained about the first two rooms they showed us to which were too small and then no view. The third room they gave us was the family suite which was nice of them. The service from hotel staff was good but sadly this hotel is starting to show signs of wear and tear and is not as lush as it was a year ago. I would say it’s slipped a bit and there hotels with better upkeep available at similar or cheaper prices.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway, making it incredibly convenient for both tourist attractions and the shopping district. The front desk lady was quick and friendly during check-in. The room was incredibly big, clean, and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and they had a few types of pillows for you to choose. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night. The breakfast was incredibly varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was fantastic. The staff even offered to help with my luggage during check-out; the service was truly exceptional! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
