I stayed at room 3308 at this place and it was amazing. The location was really good (metro station 2min away walking) and the view was amazing. Will stay here again when visiting shenzhen

I usually don’t take the time to review hotels but considering the difference between the pictures provided and the reality, I wanted to share my experience. First this is not a hotel, but some kind of rented apartment. If you do not ask the receptionist in mandarin, you will never be able to access the “lobby” at the 23rd floor. It is not really a lobby, it looks poor and smells like cat urine. Then you take the information to access your rooms. The room is definitely not as beautiful as the pictures. There were some lights hanging out from the wall, like broken. The view on the balcony is hidden by bars! So it is not really enjoyable. The room literally stinks cigarette smell. The mattress is hard as rock. The neighbours were noisy, hitting on the wall until 8pm. But the worst is that the room was infested by fleas. I was laying down on the mattress when suddenly I felt itchy on the ankles and could see some small bumps appearing. I didn’t pay that much attention to it being tired but right after that night at the hotel my rash infected. Now 4 days later my ankles are still itchy like crazy and I try my best not to get it further infected. Stay away from this hotel!! Especially for that price, you can have much better in China!

Regarding the issues of the room not matching the pictures, malfunctioning lights, obstructed views from the balcony, lingering smoke, and overly firm mattresses, we will thoroughly inspect the condition of all guest rooms and strictly adhere to cleaning standards. Mattress firmness is a highly personalized experience, and we provide mattresses of varying firmness to meet the needs of different guests. We regret that we were unable to ascertain your specific preference for mattress firmness beforehand. Regarding the noise issue, we will coordinate with property management to strengthen noise control in the neighborhood to ensure future guests receive a living experience consistent with the advertised description. As for the flea issue you mentioned, we have arranged for professional pest control personnel to thoroughly inspect and treat the rooms to ensure a safe and hygienic living environment. We once again express our sincerest apologies and thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and help us improve.

Highly recommended for ppl travelling to access Seg electronic market … about 350 odd meters away ….. Indian food restaurant Dawat is just about 900 meters away …. Global electronic products available in Seg e market … beds and all basic amenities were neatly arranged … support staffs were amazing …not less than 5 stars .. looking forward to be the in near future.

I often come to the vicinity of Huaqiangbei, which is close to the port. The rooms are arranged on high floors and are very quiet. The counter will contact the sending location in advance. During the National Day holiday, there are city views to enjoy. The front desk can help bring them to the room and turn on the projection. Members can also cast their screens 😊 The response speed is very fast. When the water in the room is finished, it will be delivered immediately. When checking out, the charger was left in the hotel, and the service will help to send it. Thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

The apartment was advertised as high altitude with views, but this was not the case. There was no views. Location is great and close to public transport and electronics shops. Check in was easy once you know where to go (the security guard downstairs was not very helpful). You need to make your way up to the 23rd floor for check in. Check in/check out people are lovely and willing to help. The apartment is clean and comfortable, but it has absolutely no utensils in the kitchen. Cupboards are empty so if you’re planning to use the kitchen, bring your own bowl, cutlery, pan, etc. There’s nothing in there. I recommend the stay here, but don’t believe the advertised photos of the views.

The location was excellent, and the place was very clean. Having a washing machine was super convenient, and they even provided laundry detergent every day, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to find the check-in location at first since it's not a traditional hotel building. But once we figured it out, everything went smoothly and we had a comfortable stay.

I like the room: it’s great value, very clean, wonderful view, bonus unexpected washing machine. The building location is super convenient, but (October 2025) none of the pictures of the buildings are of the one the hotel is in. And none of the facilities pictured exist: there’s no restaurant. Only the pictures of the rooms are bona fide. Think of it as a serviced apartment. You get a kettle, tea, bottled water, bathroom products and a daily service, but absolutely nothing in the kitchen cupboards. Not even anything to wash dishes with (perhaps this is standard in China, it’s my first stay here in this type of accommodation). The manager is very amenable and pleasant. I would stay again.

This serviced apartment hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and even feature a large projector. The front desk staff were very polite. Overall, I was highly satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again. Its proximity to Huaqiangbei also makes commuting very convenient.

Excellent location, just a short walk from Huaqiangbei Exit C. With Junshang Shopping Mall right nearby, dining and entertainment options are incredibly convenient. The room was very clean, and a pleasant surprise was the lovely fragrance upon entering. There's also a balcony just outside. Our host was wonderful, meticulously providing us with all the information we needed. Highly recommended!

Location is superb, very close to eateries, shopping malls. Travelling around is super convenient. Service is super good. Super prompt replies on wechat when I request for amenities. Not stingy on giving amenities. I am super amazed and impressed that they offer kid tooth brush and slippers. I will definitely come back and stay again if I ever come shenzhen again. Highly highly recommend. Most importantly, I can ** to this location so easily. Bed is comfortable. Super good for families. Washing machine is inside the room. I even washed my clothes and hang them to dry. They have everything i need and want. Super impressed. 100/100 for an experience. Book and you wont regret
