This time, our family of three came for a relaxing vacation. Our main goal was to rest and enjoy local food. I originally booked a two-bedroom, one-living room suite, but the staff upgraded me to a three-bedroom, one-living room suite! It was my first time staying in such a spacious suite. The living room was a bit small, but we had a very comfortable stay for several days, and my family was very satisfied. 🥰🥰 The cleaning staff did an excellent job; everything was spotless, and they replenished everything we needed. 💯 Even though I'm a regular guest, I'm always pleased with my stays here. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. 👍🏻 Their hospitality is top-notch! 💯 It's truly commendable that the hotel has maintained its high standards and cleanliness since it opened. Service is superb. As a foreigner, they really helped us a lot especially in Taobao orders. My we chat can’t add them, we have to go to 6th floor , the reception desk Every time we have concerns. They clean our room every day and refill all utilities. The hotel is a stone away to Link city, and One avenue mall. Even if our room is non smoking, we can still smell cigarette smoking because other guests smoke in the hallways.

This is why I chose this hotel again for my trip to Shenzhen. This time, the hygiene was even better than before, and the facilities were complete. Every room has a balcony, so the air quality is great. There's a large projection screen in the room with a good variety of content – it was perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day. I kept seeing online that there's a light show nearby, but Shenzhen suddenly got cold, and I didn't bring enough warm clothes. I ended up wanting to go back to the hotel before the light show even started because I was just too cold to enjoy anything. It was really annoying ☹️
