Great hotel with nice views and easily accessible location. High floor views are great. Breakfast is good too.

This is our second time staying at this marvelous hotel. As usual, it delivers the highest standard of customer service. In addition to its central location, clean and spacious room that is mentioned in my previous review, this hotel also provides free, self-help laundry (2 washers and dryers). This helps us to travel as light as possible. Oh, i also forgot to mention the breakfast. They provide lots of good varieties, their kitchen can actually specially cook something for you, if you have some specific dietary requirements. As usual, we seem to have small hiccups in our travel. We were afraid that we might be late for checking out, so we asked if we could do a late checkout. Bill, the representative of the hotel, who has been taking care of us during our stay, was able to arrange for a late checkout promptly. This saves us a lot of stress. Thank you, Bill! You are our savior.

24/7 hotel front desk on the 40F floor. 24/7 security guard on the ground floor. 2min walk to 南油 Metro station. 5min walk to RafflesCity shopping mall. Has got free-to-use washing machines and dryers (2 each) on 36F. Room is spacious with a large showering area. All in all, an excellent choice to stay in. Rooms are cleaned daily and 2 new bottles of water are given each day. It was probably a 520 joke, but my room had an "anniversary" set-up despite it being a booking for 1pax.

Generally great for a short stay, clean and comfy beds & nice towels, location is central in the middle of nanshan and qianhai. However, only limited to smart service in the evening, which offers the common needs… seems difficult to get hold of anyone if you possibly need anything urgent beyond the in-room smart panel service.

Location is great just next to mrt nanyou ,downstairs do have luckin coffee and 7-11,the room is comfortable and clean ,2nd time stay at here and still very new

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay, we stayed for 2 nights only but wished for more! The room had a control panel which was easy to use, was well-designed with a nice sofa and seating area. Everything was clean and good to use. Staff were all polite, and Bill (小本) was at the reception when I had some questions to ask regarding room control and food delivery - he was very helpful! If I had to pinpoint something to improve, it would be the breakfast - there wasn't much variety and the seating was limited. We skipped the 2nd day's breakfast. Despite the breakfast I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Good location, clean & quiet room. There is a free self service laundry with washer & dryer. We’d stay there again. Highly recommended.

Hotel has a small park nearby so the road in front is usually closed which is a little inconvenient. However we understood why as during late afternoon, there will be families with their kids playing on the road as well as the nearby park without having to worry about oncoming traffic. Upon check out, we informed the security and gave him the license plate of the car we booked to HK airport so he allowed open the barrier to allow the car to enter in the morning to pick us up. It is nice that they look out for the safety of the local community as well as hotel guests. Upon check in, we informed the front desk Zhou Zhou that we have booked two rooms and she helped assign both rooms to be side by side on the same level 37 which made it convenient for us as a family. She also took note of the request made for one of the rooms based on my daughter's health condition. Zhou Zhou is really friendly and attentive as she will greet and ensure everything is alright whenever we meet her. Both rooms are clean , spacious and well-maintained with modern facilities. Buffet breakfast was good and there is a slight change in menu each day. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Location of the hotel is just a minute's walk from Exit A of Nanyou Metro Station. Lobby is on the 40th floor while guest rooms are from level 36 to 39 with laundry facilities at level 36. The room is clean and spacious enough for 2 adults. It is nice that they have the wash basin, toilet and bath facilities separated so one can still use the toilet / wash basin when another person is taking a shower. The room is well lit, equipped with charging ports including USB ports and other modern facilities. The receptionist Zhou Zhou is very friendly and helpful. She gave us useful information e.g. how to get to the nearest mall and suggested nearby tourist attractions. She is very responsive when I asked her questions on Weixin. She even helped us bring the luggage to our rooms after she processed our check in as we were unfamiliar with the hotel. She made our stay really pleasant and comfortable. All the other front desk officers, housekeeping and restaurant personnel we met were friendly and polite too. We usually get back late to the hotel so Mr Zhou from house keeping usually would be around when we requested for extra bottles of water and also showed me how to use the laundry service. Overall we enjoyed our 3 nights stay at UrCove by Hyatt Shenzhen Bay Nanyou.
