For the price, and vs a hotel, these are a great option. It's a full apartment, with kitchen and laundry so you can cook your own food and *wash your clothes*. That right there is a game changer. Walking distance to a mall and a Walmart, lots of good restaurants downstairs and across the street, with a Luckin Coffee at the door. The kitchens can be sparsely appointed- usually one or two pans, a few plates and bowls, minimal utensils. Since I stay here a lot, I have a suitcase "apartment kit" I leave at the office to use when I'm here. Location is nice, halfway between Shantong and Hongshan MTR stations. Service is good, they do a light cleaning and take the trash daily. Security guards are friendly and helpful. I'll be back in October!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! They will not give any room at the location as per their post, rooms are inside a residential society, which is not on the main road (though hotel claims the rooms will be on main road). We got in tower D which was too inside the society. Rooms were super dirty, stain on sofa, fridge very old and full of sticky dust. Bathroom stinky, lobby was stinky, dirty and had cigarette smell all over.

Sanitation needs to be improved, air conditioner dust accumulates, shower gel diluted with water, mosquito bites at night, the house is beautiful but the equipment is old, the deposit is still three blows and four please before the account, entry and exit need to register.

Super big room, great value for money

The room I looked at before booking did not match the room I stayed in. The room was in poor hygiene. It was close to the subway and very noisy.
