Ulasan Vienna Best Sleep International Hotel (Shenzhen Airport flagship)

Booked for a few hours to wait for my next flight. Less than 10mins to the airport. Did the job.

Everything is good, room is very clean, and have shutter bus fetch you from hotel to airport. Good service and feel happy.

Did not have a good sleep (not best sleep) hotel. Air conditioning is inadequate. Rooms are hot. Restaurant floor is slippery (grease plus moisture on the floor).

The Vienna is the perfect hotel to stay for early morning flights. They offer a free shuttle service to the airport and the rooms are clean.

Clean, the staff doesn’t speak English but they were very helpful, the hotel it’s just 10 minutes from the airport by shuttle bus

Generally a pretty good sleep here, although can hear lots of plane flying throughout the night. There’s a massage chair and pillow selection was great and in room. Price was good value and there’s availability of transport to the airport

It’s a perfect place to stay if your flight is on the next day. Everyone was helpful. Chinese food are served for breakfast. The room was very clean. The room has also a massage chair. Overall, it was a good experience!

I am sure this is a brilliant hotel with nice rooms and delicious breakfast, but unfortunately I failed to receive a 24 hours transit visa at Shenzhen Baoan airport so was not able to visit this hotel and check

Im Tyler Becker and I landed in Shenzhen, a random guy on a bike dropped me off at this hotel, I paid him 55 rmb to drive me. Then I stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a beautiful pool area, fitness center, and on-site restaurant serving delicious meals. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Our taxi driver had to take a couple laps to find the entrance but we made it. The room was clean and had a massage chair which was a nice touch at the end of a long day of travel. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle bus to the hotel was useful, but it was in high demand and a few people (including a mother and her child in a stroller) were told they had to just take a taxi instead. I would recommend the hotel have a sign up process for the hotel shuttle bus to avoid the chaos of boarding the bus.
