I stumbled upon this hotel by chance during a business trip, and it's super close to my office. I opted for an e-sports room. The equipment was top-notch, and the room had excellent soundproofing. It was spotless inside, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Most importantly, the front desk service was fantastic; they were incredibly responsive to any questions or issues! Highly satisfied! I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The computers had excellent specs, making them perfect for gaming, especially if you're looking to team up with friends.

SUPER-TIMES Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The room was decorated in a minimalist yet cozy style, and the warm lighting created a wonderfully comfortable ambiance. The thoughtful inclusion of a small sofa and a round table was a great touch, making it convenient for resting or setting down belongings. Overall, the attention to detail was evident, and my stay was incredibly comfortable.

I chose this hotel for a business trip to Tencent, and it was incredibly convenient because of its proximity. Our twin room was surprisingly spacious, much better than I had expected. The front desk staff were also excellent. There were three of us on the trip, and we even managed to book an e-sports room for our younger colleague – haha, it's definitely a cut above your average hotel!

Absolutely loved this hotel! No strange odors, the rooms were new and very clean. I've already decided I'll stay here again next time. Parking was also super convenient!

The bedding looks incredibly soft and inviting, promising a fantastic night's sleep. The sofa and small round table combination is perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The attention to detail is evident throughout. And the lady at the front desk was also exceptionally beautiful!

Thoughtful touches like the cozy window-side seating area and mini-fridge are much appreciated. The black and white floor tiles and clever lighting design make the space incredibly photogenic. Staying here felt like having my own chic and cool urban pad. Every detail of the service was impeccable, making the overall experience absolutely fantastic! 👍

I stayed for 2 weeks, and the overall environment was excellent. The room was brand new and spotless, plus it came with access to a streaming service. However, the service responsiveness was incredibly slow... The laundry room was out of order for the entire two weeks, making it unusable. When I asked the front desk for a few extra hangers, they simply didn't have any. For such a well-renovated place, you'd think providing a few spare hangers wouldn't cost much at all?

Initially, I didn't realize this was primarily an esports hotel and was concerned it might be noisy, but I ended up sleeping really well! The soundproofing was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and polite. There was a mix-up with my room type during check-in, and he graciously upgraded me. It's located very close to tech company headquarters like Tencent, making it quite convenient for travel. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The hotel is located within an office building with no access control or security, allowing free access to all floors. The room itself is right next to the lobby front desk, which made me feel quite unsafe. The entire floor reeked of smoke. The hotel's location is good, and there are some food options downstairs. However, the business park closes down at night, becoming very quiet and dark, which is not suitable for female guests. The room itself was spacious, but there were water stains on the ceiling. The wet/dry separation design, while convenient in theory, was flawed; the shower stall was tiny and only had one hook, and water would splash out through the door crack during showering, making for a poor experience. The double bed only came with two pillows. When I requested an extra pillow from the front desk, they initially said they needed to check if there were any available, but they did end up providing one. There was an insufficient number of public laundry facilities, with only one washing machine. The dryer's performance was very poor, as clothes couldn't be fully dried. However, the front desk staff were very kind and helped by collecting clean laundry and placing it outside my room door. The soundproofing was not good; I could clearly hear noises from the hallway outside the door. I was also woken up at night by disturbances from intoxicated guests.

The room looks big and they upgraded us the bigger room but with smaller room because originally we booked bigger size bed instead.
