vello Hotel (Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center Fuxing Subway Station Branch)

The hotel was super convenient to everything, clean, and quiet. Peng was outstanding, the service was great, and they accommodated us; she even helped us get our packages delivered to the hotel. Lei was also a superstar with checking us in and allowing us to check out late. We would come back!

First of all, the staff all are very nice, friendly and helpful from reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Location is at FuXing Line 11, convenient to travel around Shenzhen that we didnt manage to 打车. travelling with the metro let us see Shenzhen more detail. Hotel amazingly comfortable, high end amenities provided especially the bath towel! OMG is so thick and luxurious. The room scent provided from 宋朝 also so luxurious！ Laundry services (with nice scent detergent that can last long) provided so thoughtful in this kind weather. Breakfast and supper is a plus too. Eat the wonton, believe me is delicious. Oh ya for parcel delivery, they kept for you safely and just inform them what is your parcel code and no need to search by yourself. Thank you Vello Hotel.

Was easy to locate, about 5 minutes from fuxing metro station, however there is a lack of convenient food choices around, but shouldn’t be an issue if you are choosing to eat somewhere else. There is also breakfast & supper buffet. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, greeted us where ever we walk by and helps with laundry service when approached. theres 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Our room had a slight leak from the shower, but quickly resolved after telling the staff. Room was looks new, but it on the smaller side, just enough space to lay our luggage open. Overall a nice experience for a short stay.

I forgot to mention how generous they are to offer two complimentary meals a day - breakfast and supper! And the food is good.

Very modern hotel with AI intelligence. Bed is very comfortable. Aircon and water heater all working effectively. Walking distance to Metro station and many nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner and supper.

Great hotel with wonderful staffs and comfortable room. Overall having an enjoyable stay.

Good experience overall. Room is clean and service is excellent. Breakfast and supper provided, saved us time from food seeking. One improvement could be sound insulation. As our room is facing towards main road, noise at nighttime could be uncomfortable for light sleeper.

The stay was amazing, super comfortable especially with the beds and the staff was really nice and so helpful even the cleaning staff and kitchen staff were so polite and welcoming. it was a really good and interesting location for exploring life in Shenzhen
