The pillow felt like it was filled with buckwheat or some other material, and it gave me a large rash on my neck. I'm not sure why. Afterwards, the thoughtful front desk attendant replaced it with a cotton pillow and put down a disposable towel, allowing me to finally get a few hours of rest. With the recent bedbug issue at a hotel in Shanghai making headlines, I'm a bit concerned. The lounge is convenient for travelers catching flights, but hygiene really needs to be improved.

Early morning flight? Staying at the airport is the most convenient option! It's clean, the bed is wide enough and comfortable, and the price is just right. No need to rush for transportation! It's a lifesaver for anyone traveling from out of town to catch a flight!

The Leigang Hourly Lounge is located on the fourth floor of Terminal 3, so you don't even need to leave the airport. It's incredibly convenient for layovers or early morning flights. The small rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and come equipped with toiletries and a shower room. The hourly billing is very flexible, and the staff are quick with check-ins. They even offer a wake-up service. The soundproofing is quite good for an airport, making it perfect for a short rest and saving you the hassle of traveling to and from a city hotel.

The location is super easy to find, just take the elevator up behind check-in island G, and it's on your right. I initially thought the neighboring rooms would be noisy since it's just cubicles, but surprisingly, I couldn't hear any noise from them at all. However, there was still some noise, mainly from two sources: people opening and closing their room doors, and the airport announcements. Other than that, it was quiet. So, I'm not sure if I should call it quiet or not. One thing I was really unhappy about was that the inner lock on the room door couldn't be deadbolted. Every time another door opened or closed, I worried that mine might open too. Overall, it got quiet around 1 AM and started getting noisy again around 4 AM. I still managed to get some sleep. I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers, but if you're a decent sleeper, it's worth a try.

Great for a quick shower and nap if you have an early flight. However, since it's inside the terminal, you'll hear airport announcements while trying to sleep. They do provide headphones, which is a nice touch. Overall, quite convenient.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is super convenient, and the hygiene is well maintained – the room was clean and tidy. The only downside is that it's quite noisy, which affected my sleep a bit late at night, and the room was a bit small. Hopefully, these things can be improved in the future.

A good transit hotel in Airport when you have a early flight to catch. The room is descent and clean

I had an early morning flight, so I booked a lounge at the airport. This hourly lounge was incredibly convenient, located right above the departure security check. At the front desk, I showed my booking information and they gave me a room number and key card. When you swipe the card and insert it for power, the room number sign outside lights up, indicating it's occupied. I noticed there was only one empty room next to mine, so business seemed good. By the time I left in the morning, even that room was no longer empty 😂. The room was quite small; I couldn't open my suitcase inside, so I usually did it in the hallway by the door. Inside the room, there were disposable face towels, bath towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and bottled water. The bedding was also very clean. There's a communal shower, toilet, and wash area. I saw disposable cups in the wash area at night, but they were gone in the morning. You put on your shower slippers and bring a bag with your toiletries to the shower area, where there are shelves and hooks. Overall, it was very convenient, and I hope the airport builds more lounges like this.

Completely exceeded my expectations! It was super clean, and having a private bathroom was really convenient. They even provided earplugs so I could get a full night's sleep! Perfect for a layover, couldn't be easier.

Very comfortable and clean. Lock is sturdy so feel safe. Easy check in even during 3am in the morning. The only thing is that you can hear renovations noises after 8am which is annoying but I guess that’s out of their control.

The hotel also offers foot massages and ear cleaning services. If you opt for one of these services, you can rest for free, which is a really thoughtful touch.

Excellent layover inside Shenzhen airport that avoided travelling to and from hotels outside the airport. When it's flight time, rather than waiting for hotel bus, just walk over to the check-in counter. Room is comfortable, clean and quiet. Common toilet and shower facilities are clean. Disposable towels provided. One minor issue is room ventilation. Can be improved slightly but not a deal killer.
