Room was big, breakfast delicious and the lounge room comfy. Staff was friendly, greeting with a smile every day. The hotel is in front of metro station, so you won’t lose time commuting. Hotel is located near shops and grocery stores. There’s also a pharmacy which was useful to buy medicines in my stay.

The experience of this stay was truly fantastic! Firstly, the hotel's facilities and equipment were very complete and modern. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, giving me a warm feeling like home. Especially the bathtub facilities, with their reasonable design and convenient use, made me feel particularly thoughtful. The location was also impeccable. The hotel is situated in the bustling downtown area, making it extremely convenient for getting around. Whether for shopping or dining, everything was easily accessible. What really surprised me was the service provided by Miss Jossce. She was very considerate and enthusiastic, handling every detail perfectly from check-in to check-out. When I had questions about nearby attractions and dining options, she not only provided detailed answers but also proactively planned my itinerary for me, making me feel an unprecedented level of attentive service. This is not my first stay, and I am once again very satisfied with this visit. This time, it was my daughter's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a birthday cake. Additionally, I would like to express my special gratitude to Miss Jossce for her considerate and professional service. She arranged a room upgrade for us ahead of time and ensured that our rooms were on the same floor as requested. She also went the extra mile to decorate the room for my daughter's birthday and gifted her some birthday presents, which made her very happy. When we were unable to return to the hotel on time due to our outings, Miss Jossce kindly helped us with a late check-out request. The service was truly impeccable, and the other hotel staff were also very enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions and proactively assist. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will definitely return next time.

Very beautiful room with very high ceilings. Truly impressive. We were very fortunate to have been given a room with incredible views. We were able to see the lights from the surrounding buildings at night. The staff are very nice and polite. The ONLY negative experience is the afternoon tea. Very disappointed about the quality of the food and the drinks from the afternoon tea.
