Excellent location. Many restaurants near by for different cousins and subway station makes it more reachable.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. I got free upgrade offered by the receptionist who’s name is Album when I checked it. Room was spacious and got amazing view of the skyline.

Stayed there with my boy for a night. The room was impressive with very high ceiling and all the modern tech needed. The hotel is very well located just outside of the busy tourist area but within easy reach with the underground literally attached to the hotel.

I booked a stay at this hotel for my mum and dad to celebrate my mum's 70th birthday, and the experience exceeded our expectations. To make their stay extra special, I upgraded the room and arranged for the dinner buffet and breakfast the following morning. My parents felt warmly welcomed from the moment they arrived, and the spacious, comfortable room was perfect for their needs. Shortly after they settled in, they received a call from room service offering to bring a birthday cake—a thoughtful gesture that took us by surprise. Although I had mentioned the occasion and considered ordering a cake, I hadn’t made a formal request, so this kind act made the experience even more memorable for my mum. The hotel facilities were excellent. My parents enjoyed using the swimming pool and gym, with the pool's water temperature being just right. The atmosphere was cosy, and both the dinner and breakfast were above average. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Before my parents checked out, they were even given two coffee cards as a thank you for their stay. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for making my mum's birthday so special.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Hotel in Shenzhen and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and with lots of lively spots nearby. What really made my stay special was the incredible service from Jossce, the Guest Relations Manager. From the moment I arrived, she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Jossce was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made me feel right at home. She was always there to help with any questions or requests, and her warm demeanor was a real highlight of my stay. I highly recommend the Shenzhen Wyndham Hotel, especially because of Jossce.
