A great experience, I made the right choice picking this place. The subway entrance is right outside and very close, and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, it's a good and quiet option.

It’s good in overall, just the shower door doesn’t seal well, the toilet is all well after shower, and the breakfast is totally not my cup of tea. Staffs are very helpful. It’s a present stay.

location is convenient, walkable distance to shopping mall in 15 mins, close to Child Play-park which my family look for to the stay.

The hotel desk did an amazing job with very lityle English spoken using a translator to get me chrcked in. They really went above and beyond to help this weary traveler get to his room.
The room was nice and clean.
Just watch out for the wet floor barrier or stub your toes.
I will always appreciate the Kingdom Hotel and it's proximity to the Cyber Park and Metro.

Just at Huanggekeng Subway Exit B, walk about 400 meters forward to the hotel, very close, and it should be 700 to 800 meters away from the north gate of Longcheng Park.
There are not many types of breakfast, but it tastes good if you don't have any expectations.

The room is really big, the overall soundproofing is good, and there is no peculiar smell in the room. It is very close to the subway and there is a snack street next to it, which is very convenient. I will book this hotel again in the future. Don't expect too much from the hotel's breakfast.

The room type was upgraded and I was very satisfied. It was the most satisfying hotel room I have stayed in this year! ! ! ! ! I will continue to stay here next time. The location is easy to find. You can see the hotel sign as soon as you come out of the subway station. It is very conspicuous.

On the night of September 14th when we checked into the hotel, we returned to the hotel around 11pm and found that the door lock could not be opened. Then we went downstairs to the front desk and asked. The front desk gave me a different key card. When we got to the hotel, the door still could not be opened. Later, I contacted the front desk again and was told that the door lock might be out of power and that I needed to find a technician to replace it. At that time, almost 20 minutes had passed since the door lock could not be opened until the front desk told me that the door lock was broken. We kept lingering at the door of the room with food. After another ten minutes, the master came to repair the door lock, and said that the door lock was not a battery problem, but simply broken. He called the front desk again, and it took a long time to fix it. The whole process lasted almost an hour! At that time, we brought food, drinks, and ice cream. The food was cold and the ice cream melted, which seriously affected the stay experience! It also caused our losses! And the hotel's attitude is also very unfriendly! No compensation measures or apology were made to our guests! Not even verbally! Seriously affects the consumer experience! The glass in the hotel bathroom is also transparent without a curtain. The bed is next to the glass, which seriously exposes privacy! This caused great inconvenience to our guests! When we finally left our luggage, the hotel didn't let us store it at the front desk, but in the so-called office opposite. We didn't ask for any vouchers or storage slips. We were told that someone would be watching, but when we finally went to get our luggage back, there was none. If someone is looking after it, just take it away! Just think about who is responsible if something is lost! This stay experience was very bad! Not recommended to stay!
