The service was great, and they offer free laundry and a gym. It's super close to the subway station, just across the street. There's also a large mall nearby with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. They even gave us free zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival! I'd definitely consider staying here again.

I booked the wrong room when traveling with my kids, but the hotel manager upgraded us to a 2.4-meter bed for free! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 So grateful, we had a very comfortable stay.

Let me start by saying: I will never book an old hotel like this again. Both the facilities and service were terrible. I rarely leave bad hotel reviews, but this was truly the worst I've ever stayed in. I booked this place because it was close to where I needed to be, and I completely regretted it. The hotel's facilities and decor are very outdated. The elevator and hallways had a moldy smell. The service was also incomprehensible; the check-in staff seemed clueless and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Calling for service also meant a long wait. They do deliver food to the room, but for some reason, they always needed to confirm by phone every single time before delivery. Oh, and definitely do not book a windowless room – it's worse than a storage unit. I paid extra to upgrade to a room with a window, and it still wasn't impressive. I was too tired to move, so I reluctantly stayed one night, but I checked out early the next day and switched hotels.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is convenient, and there are plenty of charging stations, so I don't have to worry about charging my electric car.

Hahaha, brought the kids to Shenzhen. The transportation is convenient, and there's good food and fun activities. We'll definitely come again! Staying at Vienna was quite comfortable, with good air quality and great service. We'll be back next time! However, I do hope the mattress can be a bit firmer~

This hotel is super convenient, right by Exit A2 of Meijing Subway Station. Plus, it's really close to Meilin Yicun. They offer a great breakfast spread and the hotel itself is very clean.

Service: Having stayed in Shenzhen for a week, this hotel truly stands out for its service. The front desk called us in advance to upgrade our room type. Even though we checked in quite late, the front desk thoughtfully offered us tea. Facilities: The family room setup included some toys, but it didn't feel cluttered; the overall environment was very cozy. The only minor issue was that the heating effect of the air conditioner wasn't great. However, Shenzhen is usually hot, and it just so happened to get cold the night we stayed. I imagine the room temperature would be very comfortable on a normal warm day. Cleanliness was excellent, very tidy, and the room was soundproof enough. The bed was also comfortable.
