Shenzhen Bosideng Service Apartment

The room that we booked is the Hello Kitty Theme suite, however when we arrived there is no Hello Kitty bedsheet for the rooms which was published on the sites photo during booking. The suite is rather old now so that facilities within the suite is rather run down. The bathroom on the first floor cannot be used because the drainage has an issue so all 4 of us has to use the second floor bathroom which is rather inconvenient for us. It was supposed to be suite but the bed is only sufficient to sleep 3 pax even though it mentioned 2 queen size bed. Even though it has a kitchen but they do not have utensils prepared to be used, no plates or cups available. There is a very thick dust along the stairs inside the suite to get from 1st floor to 2nd floor. No proper storage for the wifi router, fire extinguisher and fire mask, which were just left on the floor. However, the best part from the hotel is that they have a very good customer service. Upon checked-in, they will ask you to have a wechat group. They will send you the password for the room and in case of any queries, you can send messages to the front desk via wechat. They even willing to let us leave our luggage with them at the front desk after we checked-out. The view from the room is very nice at night and early morning because this suite is located on the 19th floor and the room is spacious enough for 4 person. Location of the building is very convenient because you can get to Shenzhen North metro within 4 mins walking distance via a shortcut.

Booked it because it is right next to the High Speed rail station (and I didn’t want to miss the train). The European room has old amenities and the sofa’s foam needs some replacement/repair. The rooms upstairs have wafts of smoke. Families with young children do take note 🥹. But other than that it was ok.

It’s outdated teh room I’ve choosen looks very diff from the online pics..the check in lady was nice

It’s big and enough for family, just some hotel materials like small coffee and tea not exist

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request.

The listing photos are no longer the reality experienced. The room’s cleanliness was poor with stains on the floor. The bed was the creakiest and most uncomfortable bed experienced. Unable to use the downstairs bathroom as it floods.
