Crowne Plaza SHENZHEN FUTIAN by IHG

The hotel was really great. Nice and clean, great location and the staff were really nice. When checking in Joy gave us a free room upgrade and the room was beautiful. The only negative or constructive feedback is the bed. The bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable so I did not sleep very well. If the beds were upgraded it would be 5 stars all around.

Joy Good sevice and the room is very clean the hall is big Everyone are helpful and nice our have a good time at here

Crowne Plaza was an amazing stay and it had great amenities. The place was near so many shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. Thanks to Joy Yang for the customer experience

We had a pleasant four night stay at the hotel. Joy Yang was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable and hospitable as expected from the quality of service of this hotel!

Perfect location with helpful and friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean. They gave me a quieter room location and it was very enjoyable. Cutest little robot delivered all my food through the stay.

I loved this hotel experience for its ambiance, amenities, and location. The room was clean and had been decorated in celebration of my 50th birthday. They sent up a small cake and fruit as well. The hotel had firm beds and incredible pillows. It was spacious and had wash clothes, not just hand and body towels. The breakfast had a good mix of western and Chinese choices, all of which was delicious. The location in walking distance to KuKu Park was also very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.
