very strategic location and comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast is also quite delicious and close to the Metro and outside there are many restaurants and the Shenzhen railway station is close to markets and shopping places

It was clean and good location. Value for money and 7 eleven was very convenient in the ground floor

Old classy hotel very near to luohu port. Nice small gym, outdoor pool and the staff was friendly. 7-11 store inside the hotel which is very convenient. Room (20th floor) is old and just ok. Bed was uncomfortable.

The view from the window of our room was excellent. We also enjoyed the fruits bought on the way we walked from the train station. The buffet breakfast also one of the best part on our stay. The only thing needed to be improve was the washroom which has old tiles on the floor and walls. It was clean though.

The hotel was probably the best in its years. Now, of course, it feels like he’s a little old. But overall the impressions were pleasant. Good hotel.

The hooted counter staff is completely jnprofessional and impolite . The main reason why anhistoric hotel inside 30 years has became a failure like this ... they refuse to return the deposit is illegal and we will notify to police enforcement

location is closed the Luo-Hu boarder and walk around 15mints, quite convenience. This is traditional big hotel and been for long time. but maintain still good and clean. comfortable & quiet. staff are professional and nice. if not have meal at hotel, need to walk around 15 -20 mints can find the restaurant. anyway, this still a good hotel for stay.

It is a hotel with over 34+ years history. The facility is old, to me it's acceptable, but for my wife and son, they both prefer more fashionable and modern hotel. The headache to me is it is always traffic on the route to hotel.

This is the third time I stayed here. I wanted to write another review because I believe I made a mistake by reviewing the wrong hotel and submitted the wrong hotel photos last time and I felt bad about giving a bad review that was meant for the other hotel. This hotel here, Best Western Felicity in Luohu, is an excellent hotel. I love booking rooms here and it is very convenient with a beautiful view of Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The staff was friendly and speaks good English. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Its an old hotel a lot of stuff shows signs of wear, but its clean, staff pretty friendly, the location is not ideal but not too bad. Would probably stay again.

Great location, right by the Shenzhen railway station and the Hong Kong border so it’s perfect for those travelling. Food at the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was superb, and the breakfast buffet was also good despite the cereal being stale, which was a shame. Other than that everything was satisfactory 👍🏻

It's an old hotel and shows it's age, although there have been some renovations it generally looks old. Everything is ok without being outstanding. Near the Luohu crossing to HK which is why I stayed there. Other than the big mall there, it is quite remote from any activity such as restaurants and bars.
