Transportation not very convenient. Not close to shopping mall. The room and toilet are too small.

The room we booked was not available. We got an upgrade, which was nice, but sadly it was a smokers room and smelled like cigarettes. Also it wasn’t very clean. But cheap and friendly people there.

Located In the heart of Shenzhen. Within walking distance to Computer & Electronics centre Huaqiang area. Underground subway (Line 2) is just 250m from the apartment (Yannan Station Exit C). There is a Luckin coffee next to it. There are many eateries in the area.
Check-in was a breeze. Staff was helpful with queries but limited to speaking in Mandarin. The apartment building consists of other dwellers (apartment owners) on the same floor ie the apartment building is not purely Boruisi. Nevertheless, the room is nice and clean on checking in. Well maintained and looking new. There is even a washing machine and an induction stove. However, no pots or any utensils are provided. A mid sized refrigerator gun freezer is provided. Excellent amenity should you buy anything that requires freezing. Overall, a great place to stay

Excellent place to stay. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The process was very efficient. Tbe room was clean. Everything was working. Includes a fridge and washing machine. Hot water for shower was more than adequate. Many restaurants nearby and the electronics market just a short walk. Overall a pleasant experience and will stay again. Recommended.

We had such a great stay at this place!
Please keep in mind that this is a serviced apartment, so the amenities such as a washing machine was a great asset to have.
The cleaning lady was so sweet and provided us with ample laundry detergent and clean slippers everyday.
The location was quite central to many places.
We would definitely stay again if we come back to Shenzhen!
