The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and they also offer luggage storage. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

We booked a double room. It wasn't very spacious, quite small actually, but given it's a branded chain hotel, the overall condition was acceptable. It's located right by the main road, and the bathroom featured a good wet/dry separation. The service was excellent. The housekeeping staff were very polite, always smiling and greeting guests, which made me feel very welcome. My only minor complaint is regarding the subway station's supposed proximity. I'm not sure where the idea that it's close came from, as it actually takes a 20-minute walk to get there. 🥲

I anticipated a small room, but it was even more cramped than expected, to the point where it was difficult to even set down my suitcase. It was also a bit noisy, and the front desk service was subpar.

Facilities: The facilities are extremely outdated; the TV was completely out of order. Cleanliness: Absolutely dreadful, and definitely not worth 270 yuan. Condition: The entire place feels like it hasn't been renovated in at least a decade. Service: The service was very poor, and the staff had a terrible attitude. They do have a laundry room, but if you want to use it, you're expected to stand there and wait for at least half an hour! I strongly advise against staying here. It was a truly terrible experience, and I deeply regret it! All the promotional photos are completely misleading; do not believe them!

The rooms are clean and tidy, consistent with Hanting's usual standards. The bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service is efficient and the staff are polite. While the facilities are simple, they provide all the essentials: the air conditioning works great and there's plenty of hot water. It offers excellent value for money. Perfect for business trips or exploring Shenzhen. Highly recommended.

The room in Shenzhen was a bit small, but it was perfectly adequate. It's not particularly close to Futian Station, but a taxi ride cost less than 20 RMB. The Hanting offered good value for money; even during the Dragon Boat Festival, the price was under 300 RMB.
