Di hotel di lapangan terbang, sama ada penerbangan lewat atau penerbangan awal yang berangkat ke sini, sangat mudah. Hanya 10 minit berjalan kaki dari hotel ke tempat daftar masuk lapangan terbang.

Yuna di meja depan mempunyai sikap layanan yang baik dan membantu saya menaik taraf bilik untuk mendaftar masuk. Saya sangat berterima kasih kepada Yuna kerana menolong saya menaik taraf dan mengatur bilik dengan susun atur yang sangat hangat. Saya bersedia untuk tinggal berkali-kali sekiranya saya berpeluang.

We stayed here as we had an early flight to catch, the place is at the terminal, you just need to find exit 14 and take the lift to the third floor. We got the room upgraded as per the trip.com member rewards.

The hotel is very good, front desk helps a lot and the location is perfect good to take early flight

Really good stayed, the staff was really friendly and professional, the room is huge and really clean, the breakfast was really good, just good amount of variety, recommended for transit or layover it just about 10 minutes walking distance from the international arrival hall, definitely will be back

Big and spacious, really recommend this hotel especially if your flight is in the midnight.

Right at the airport, and I mean right there. No better place to stay when getting in late and need to wait for the ferry, train or car and bus service to HK to start running again in the morning. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool.

Nice hotel, good location. Accessible via the airport terminal. Quick check in/out. Room is large, with coffee and tea appliances. The bathroom was big, with nice smelling soap/shampoo supplied by the hotel. I needed transportation to my meeting location, with which I was supported by Daniel, who helped me arranging a DiDi, using his private account and taking care of the payment. Communication with him went easy and fast. Thanks again Daniel 🙏🏻🙏🏻.

The airconditioning is terrible … it is noisy and hot …. Basically you can’t even get a good nite sleep …

very disappointed with Hyatt brand ... cupboards are all damage and not feel any Hyatt branding

Great place for family stay if you stop over Shenzhen for transfer. Front desk Mr Bruce 陈远胜 was very helpful. Breakfast is simple and delicious. We will choose to stay here again if stopped by Shenzhen airport.

Reception is plesent and helpful. Room is big and well designed, and clean. Breakfast has good mix of choices. Ambient is nice and relaxing atmosphere.

The room is incredibly spacious, and its proximity to the airport is a major advantage. However, finding the hotel lobby can be a bit challenging, so it would be helpful to provide more detailed instructions for visitors, especially on how to guide taxi drivers to the location.
