Great location to go around in Shenzhen and the room is new renovated, will stay this room next time in Shenzhen.

Great location in the heart of Lowu and across the street from Dongnen pedestrian street. The hotel is on a busy street so there will be some traffic noise. However, this is easily managed with some earplugs. The rooms have clearly been renovated recently and are tastefully decorated. They are a reasonable size. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are excellent. You will get a good night's rest. It is also very thoughtful that the hotel provides an umbrella. Although the rooms have been renovated recently, it is clear the bathrooms were not. There are two shower heads, one of which is old and leaks. There is abundant hot water and water pressure so you will get a good shower. A good stay and it is on my list of hotels to consider for future stays.

Great location and easy access to dongmen. Free drinks on arrival and the staff were very helpful.

Best location for Japanese night club play. Within 30m from this hotel, everything ready break fast, lunch, dinner, golf driving range etc… ^^)

it is convenient, clean, safe, equipped. service is kind, prompt, gentle, effective, competent..it is much more value for money than international chain next door. it has reasonable view

The location is good, just opposite side of Dongmen market. A lot of restaurants and game zones nearby. Staff very polite and good service, all the hotel staff from the front desk to the restaurant all is good service. The room is clean, breakfast is good and a lot of food. Very recommend

It’s difficult to communicate no English staff.. ask for Milk tea in room service they gave us green tea sachets..

The map indicated that Old Street (老街）Station is the nearest subway station to the hotel but I got lost when I came out from exit C. It will be better to take a taxi to the hotel rather than exploring the way there if you are a first time traveller. It will save you a lot of hassle and time. I was unlucky to have very noisy neighbours that night. I could hear the couples’ conversation next door and the screaming voices of their children all night until 1:00 am. Clearly my room was not soundproof and I wondered why the staff said the room has just been renovated. Breakfast was terrible. Food was lukewarm and not tasty. Coffee machine was not working properly and there was a pot of tasteless tea next to the coffee machine. Overall it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, different restaurants are nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Very good service, I was very enjoyable in my this family trip! Will try to book again in next time.
