Services are great! All staff are very friendly and helpful, the reception can speak english well. All rooms are clean. Amenities are great, very thoughtful of what we would need. I just expected the breakfast would be more special since Four Seasons room rate is significantly more expensive than others 5 starts like Marriott.

I absolutely loved our stay here. Breakfast was amazing with mimosas, it is in a great location and the Japanese restaurant they have there was very tasty. Would definitely go back.

My favourite hotel in Shenzhen is definitely Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. The location in the Futian District is hard to beat, especially for business or leisure travel. It’s conveniently located near Futian high-speed rail station, metro connections, major shopping centers, bars, cafés and countless restaurant options, making it incredibly easy to move around the city. The Convention & Exhibition Center is also just a short walk away. The hotel itself offers the high standard of comfort and service you would expect from Four Seasons. Rooms are elegant, very comfortable and well maintained, while the staff are consistently professional and attentive. Whether staying for business meetings or simply enjoying Shenzhen for a few days, this property always feels like the perfect base in the city. One of the things I appreciate most is how lively and convenient the surrounding area is. You can easily walk to shopping malls, nightlife spots and restaurants, while still enjoying the calm and luxury atmosphere once back inside the hotel. For me, this remains the best location to stay in Shenzhen.

The hotel's location is perfect. There are many shopping centers and places nearby to shop and eat. The Hotel is still beautiful. However, the interior is a bit outdated. It's time to modernize it.

The best hotel location and the best service in the entire universe ❤️❤️❤️ the staff speaks English and very very friendly ❤️❤️❤️ i dont want to leave the hotel coz i feel home , swimming pool is amazing with the view I had the best massage ever and pillows menu is unique i almost tried them all 🫠🫠 Hotel manager is so thoughtful, he gave me a gift ( luggage name tag ) real leather ❤️

All staff were very friendly and especially the receptionist Elena Yang. The food at both the executive lounge and the main restaurant are really fresh.
