The room layout was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only minor complaint was being on a low floor, but overall, it was a great stay. I'd highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us with smiles and proactively providing a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and breakfast times. Since we arrived early, they thoughtfully stored our luggage for us. The bedding was clean and neat, the mattress offered just the right firmness, and the shower had strong, consistent water pressure with hot water available instantly.

I love that they always help me arrange to stay in my preferred room. I used to stay at other hotels, but I discovered this one by chance and have been a fan ever since. Now, whenever I'm on a business trip, I always book the same room. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, are incredibly helpful and attentive; every detail is perfectly managed. The bedding and toiletries are excellent too – highly recommended!

My family and I stayed here, and the hotel was great in every way. Any requests we had were promptly addressed. The service was fantastic, the bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, the pillows were super comfortable, and the complimentary drinks and ice machine were a nice touch.

What a brilliant choice this hotel was for my business trip! Its location is super convenient: the Nanyou Wholesale Market is just a 10-minute walk, and there's easy access to dining and shopping nearby. A huge shout-out to the lovely lady at the front desk who went above and beyond to mail back an item I'd forgotten. Truly impressive service! 👍👍👍

The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find, right on a main corner. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive, providing excellent service. It's also very close to the subway station, making transportation extremely convenient. The room was clean with plenty of natural light, and the breakfast was delicious. I'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel boasts a superb location, being incredibly close to both the subway and bus stations, and quite near Nanyou, making it exceptionally convenient for getting around. There are also numerous dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business travelers and tourists. The facilities are comprehensive. Upon check-out, the staff even warmly inquired about my stay experience, showcasing an exceptionally good attitude. Overall, my stay was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was efficient, and the staff patiently offered recommendations for local attractions. The mattress was just the right firmness, the shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water was instant. The complimentary toiletries were also of high quality. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Location is convenient got all kinds of supper nearby. Breakfast was okay but not with much varieties.

I stayed at this hotel when it opened in 2019 and it was great, so I stayed here for the first time in 5 years. You exchange Wechat with the hotel when you check in, so it is very easy to communicate with the front desk. The room was as clean and beautiful as ever. The area around the hotel was very comfortable with many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I travel to Shenzhen.

Nice little boutique hotel with comfortable beds & humidifier. I particularly loved the toilet!
