Firstly wana praise the hotel staffs, most of them are helpful and friendly ! Location is awesome with tones of food and shopping! Room is spacious but not 100% new , I hope they can do minor renovations to the bathroom etc

Location is very good, nearby the Laojie metro and next to the shopping centre. One of the front desk young lady was very helpful for helping us to assist how to book the Didi car to the shenzhen airport. 👍👍👍

This hotel is situated in excellent location near Dongmen shopping, train station. Also got many cafes and restaurants.. Several thoughtless travellers smoked although all rooms are non-smoking.. Reek of smoke especially lifts and lobby 😷

Hotel price is super reasonable. Rooms are big and clean. most important is the train station just at the doorstep.

The hotel is clean and comfortable but just one not very statified which is there didn’t provide body lotion,by the way hotel location is good nearby a lot of food store and shopping mall good for tourist.

Easy to find fun the subway. The location is very good but I don't think it's worth the price I paid for, around £49.00 which is about 515.00RMB. Quick attentive staff, checked in really late at night, did give me a room in a quiet area but you can hear a lot of noise during the morning with their routine morning cleaning in other rooms, bed was hard, hygiene needs improvement; side lamb had stains, the toilet basin leaks water, sink around the inner edge were dirty and only noticed by looking back at the mirror, hot water in the shower was really nice. Free bathrobe, slippers, bottle of water. Breakfast had really good choices and was very nice. For the price, I would choose somewhere else. For the convenience of the location I would recommend it. Staff at the front desk are all polite and attentive and allowed me to leave my bags until I returned.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, with underground train station just 10 m opposite the hotel entrance. Excellent value for money

Hotel front staff was very polite and sent a very huge fruit platter to my room when he knew that it was my daughter’s birthday.

Very good location near ahopping, eating, subway. What we didn't really enjoy was that there was smells of smoke in the smoke-free hotel rooms.

Friendly staffs, super convenient location! The metro line also links to lots of tourists spots. Big and clean room, definitely worth my money! Will come back again if I’m back to shenzhen!

The hotel is conveniently located near east gate and everything is around the area. The hotel has been renovated within the last few years and provides all the amenities. The breakfast is extra, but not much variety. However there is a restaurant pn the second floor which provides a variety of Cantonese dishes, including seafood, highly recommended.

Location is superb! Nothing much to complain except the room mentioned non smoking but still having guests smoking inside the room. Hence will still get the smell inside the room. ask for room change and only helps a little .
