Ulasan Shenzhen Beijing Apartment (Nanshan Science and Technology Park Branch)

The room was very spacious, even featuring a loft, which is perfect for two people on a business trip or a family of three. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The air conditioner leaks water. we were 2 nights without soap because the hotel didn't have. Each time I requested something to the woman in the morning, she was saying return at 3pm... and when I was asking for soap at night, they were saying it was late and they had no soap. It was very hard to ask for help or support about anything. one of the electric socket had a shortcircuit and melt my charger, there are no security switches in the room... the cleaning service was scarce, and they break my charger adaptor.

The room felt a bit old, and since it was split into two levels, each floor was quite small. It's not super close to the subway station, about a kilometer's walk. The cleaning lady was very nice, but perhaps because we checked in quickly, the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned; there was still trash under the bed. An outside window wouldn't close once opened, and when it rained, the dripping sound was quite annoying. Being near the parking lot, car alarms would sometimes go off, which was also noisy. Nights were okay for sleeping, but daytime was a bit difficult. Compared to places near the scenic area, the price was quite cheap, and it could accommodate three people. If you don't have high expectations, it's an option.

Very good, the room is spacious, clean, and odorless. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. The transportation is also very convenient. It will be my top choice for my next trip to Shenzhen.

The service was great, truly exceeding our expectations! The location is easy to find, and parking is convenient. While the rooms aren't as luxurious as a major hotel chain, they are cozy and clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and even recommended some local specialty foods. For this price point, the quality is excellent, offering great value for money. Highly recommended!

I just checked out and couldn't wait to write a glowing review. This hotel gave me a full sense of comfort from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were very quick with check-in and proactively informed us about local attraction opening times and dining recommendations. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, so I slept incredibly well. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

Close to a park. Many small grocery shops nearby. Poor service. The room with a window is excellent. Clean. Many restaurants in the vicinity.

The best hotel i stay in shenzhen

Booked hotel for 5 nights had to cancel after 1 night because the rest of the days because of cleanliness and freaking cockroach problem. Cockroaches coming out from every hole possible. I told the staff he came and sprayed insecticide and nothing else. When I requested cancellation they refused to cancel. Had to go to trip agents to get it cancelled. It was worst experience i had on hotel stays.

Spacious and pleasant environment, with convenient parking.

The environment is pretty good, and having a window for ventilation is a nice touch. It's also convenient to grab takeout and head to the subway station.

The hotel offers free parking and the front desk staff are very friendly. Having a washing machine in the room was really convenient. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Nanshan Science Park. Very satisfied with my stay.

Stayed here for a business trip. The price and everything else were great, definitely good value for money.

From check-in instructions to check-out, the front desk service was always warm and prompt. The room was spotless, and the bedding was clean and fresh, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
