Atour Hotel (Shenzhen Guangming New Town Phoenix City Metro Station)

I am really happy with this hotel especially after move to the other hotel. This hotel give a really good service, they cannot speak english but they are really helpful

Good hotel in the shenzhen guangming fenghuang town.

Simply the worst experience ever had in my life…7.30 pm check in, 11.30pm finally get into my room the 5th room opened with same problems of the other 4! Broken windows and impossible to close so the entire night slept with 2 open windows, strong wind and high humidity. Base on their saying, the hotel is normal designed like that! Everything started because I book the junior suite…the first one was just released after a party I guess cause one tv was fully broken , the floor dirty and the ceiling aswell …the second riom stent smocking smell and broken windows…etc etc until the last…

Very good service. Nice people

I think it's clearly the best hotel if you stay in Guangming ,that's a no a brainer

Good value for money. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Very little English is spoken, but communication through translation apps was easy enough. The Chinese breakfast seemed quite good, although the Western options were limited. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good choice for the price.

It is a good hotel. however the machine in the gym. is not good. old machines are not good. it needs carefully operation.

We’ve been to other Atours, and this location was slightly underwhelming. Did not have as much mood lighting/tech that the other locations had. Bed and pillows, sheets were still great however.. Gym needs some updates in equipments otherwise could seriously injure guests. Lobby and lobby washroom could use a bit of renovation and update.

Hotel room are nice and clean. Breakfast is nice
