Ulasan Meiyu Hotel Apartment (Shenzhen Sungang Art Exhibition Center)

Meizu apartment is actually a part of Mercure hotel. This was slightly confusing. The room was very nice with a smart toilet. Cleaning staff made a small accident in removing a bag with some snacks. Overall a great hotel with a good price.

We had a wonderful night in this hotel. The front desk lady gave us the support to her best ability although we cannot speak Chinese. We also got an upgraded room, which is perfect and very unexpected for us.

Beautiful, clean, and new hotel. Lobby is inviting and fresh. Staff are helpful. The door man will help with luggage, and checking in is fast and efficient. The room is modern and spacious. Well designed with a big window. The bed is very comfortable, and the bedding is soft. All amenities are provided and daily housekeeping as well. The rooms are very soundproof and also have plenty of storage. The washing machine is useful, and washing liquid is provided. Breakfast is extra, and it has a wide variety of Chinese and Western foods and well as fruit. The dining room is inviting and also jas an outdoor seating smoking area. Subway is only an 8 min walk, and it is easy to get to tourist locations. This hotel has a 5 star service and will stay again.

Room very clean and provided with washing machine. Is very convenient. Metro station is about 630m from hotel. Overall staying here is very comfortable.

The lobby picture on trip.com is misleading and does not do justice to this amazing hotel. The lobby actually looks more premium, spacious, and luxury (suspect photo was from pre-renovation)

the hotel receptionist is super helpful and help to resolve all your problem. You can drop your parcels/food delivery and ask them to send via the robot. Super convenient and easy! Clean room and cosy environment. Definitely recommend any tourists to stay here! There is a washing machine in the room and gym downstairs :) worth the price!

The hotel was very good and nice, especially for the price of it. The location is ok.

This is actually a Mercure Hôtel with all the great services the franchise provides. Everything is perfect and not far from the subway station. Hongling north station is not the greatest one but still very convenient to go everywhere in shenzhen.

Paid RMB 78/person but food is very poor and less selection compare to any other Mercure
