I arrived at the hotel very late, so I thought I could just stay in a clean and cheap hotel. This is not a hotel at all. It's just the former Hualian Hotel that changed its name to a boutique hotel. I am speechless. The environment is moldy everywhere. I slept on the quilt for a night. I am really speechless.

The room facilities are very poor. There are signs of water leakage on the roof. There are obvious spider webs at the entrance that have not been cleaned. Many places on the wall are dirty. The air conditioner outlet is also very dirty and dusty. The whole room has just been cleaned and the smell is not very good. The floor is also wet. There is no anti-theft net on the window of the room, and the window is not completely stuck on the track, so I am afraid that the whole window will fall and hit it when opening and closing the window. The toiletries in the room need to be found at the front desk before checking in. The toilet paper is not provided, and there is only a little paper left in the room. I told the staff that the missing items basically need to be delivered twice. 🤷♀️ When I checked in, the TV screen was broken when I turned it on. The most outrageous thing is that the TV will turn on by itself when I sleep at night! ? Then the light is super dazzling, and the air conditioner will drip water on the back of the TV. I am afraid of leakage and I just unplug it to turn it off. And I was woken up by the sound of the staff cleaning at more than six in the morning. I don’t know if they are using a vacuum cleaner or a hair dryer, but since they cleaned it so early, we checked in at two o’clock and said that the room must be cleaned before we can check in? 🤔️I don't understand. I have stayed in hotels or guesthouses of the same or even lower price before, and I didn't have such a bad experience. This stay feedback is for reference only. The hotel is cheap, but there is no elevator, and it is a bit strenuous to carry a suitcase up to the fifth floor. The room facilities are OK, but small insects are inevitable in southern cities (mosquitoes, spiders and cockroaches), and the air conditioner has no heating function, so the room is a bit cold at night.

The room smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep. There was no elevator. The hygiene was very poor. It looked like there were a lot of bacteria. It was not disinfected. There were no disposable slippers. They were the kind of slippers that had been worn for a long time and smelled bad. It was not worth the price at all. If I hadn't thought about the interview the next day and it was a bit late, I would have checked out long ago. Everyone should consider booking carefully. I personally recommend not booking this kind of hotel that has been converted from a hotel.
