Ulasan Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Golden Bay

Semasa wabak, dasar tindak balas tidak diperlukan, dan harga hotel utama telah meningkat dua kali ganda. Pada mulanya, saya menempah homestay di hujung padang. Saya pergi melihatnya di tempat kejadian. Saya agak kecewa kerana homestay terlalu padat dan pantai dihuni oleh banyak homestay. Saya menempah Marriott buat sementara waktu, tetapi sebenarnya tiada bilik lagi. Butler Bessie segera menghubungi saya dan menghantar lokasi dan jadual permainan kanak-kanak. Daftar masuk juga sangat pantas. Keseluruhan pengalaman adalah sangat baik. Anak-anak kata nak datang lagi. 【Kemudahan ibu bapa-anak】

Membawa isteri untuk menghabiskan cuti Festival Pertengahan Musim Luruh, kami semua menyukainya! 🔔Perkhidmatan: Perkhidmatan hotel ini hebat. Berikan Bessie ulasan yang baik dan akan menghantar peringatan intim selepas daftar masuk. Saya harus mengatakan bahawa pengurusan perkhidmatan hotel Marriott sangat baik, dan ia mestilah pujian lima bintang! 🧹Sanitasi: Peralatan di dalam bilik hotel sangat baru dan dibersihkan. 🍽Makanan: Sarapan di hotel sangat mewah dan lazat, dan makan malam tidak terlalu banyak dari segi bufet, tetapi ia mempunyai segala-galanya. Pelayan mengambil pinggan tepat pada masanya! 🚗 Pengangkutan: Adalah disyorkan untuk memandu sendiri atau menaiki teksi, kerana terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta.

Lovely 5 star hotel in a quiet area. Very modern design with loads of facilities. Love the size of the room and also the balcony. Will definitely stay again if I need a holiday.

Huge garden, beautiful and clean pool, and ocean views for days -- this hotel has everything you could ever want for a sweet beach vacation!

I frequently visited this Marriott Golden Bay Resort in the past few years during summer. However, this visit has left me uncertain about returning due to rising accommodation costs(2,400RMB/night)without a corresponding improvement in service quality. While aging facilities are common in hotels, the key is effective maintenance. This time, I stayed in a garden view room, where the phone was non-functional, and the shower drainage was poor, forcing me to call the front desk from my cellphone. The sink had many stains, and despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the room. Additionally, seeing a large cockroach on the hallway wall raised concerns about pest control awareness. However, the staff at the buffet restaurant were all friendly, and the food was not bad, which remains one good memory. Although I acknowledge the high cost of living in Shenzhen, the ongoing decline in service quality amid increasing prices ultimately disadvantages consumers. I hope to see visible efforts to address these issues otherwise I won’t visit this resort again.

Great little getaway from the hustle of SZ. Great amenities, kids friendly and great service. Onsite food is quite expensive but Meituan delivers so is it’s all good.

Great resort and excellent location! Good variety of activities for all ages. Would be good to have 1 more western restaurant for foreigners but not a major draws back.

Everything is nice, but … we cannot swim at the beach in front with f the hotel and need to pay extra 300 for the table and umbrella at the next beach. That’s a big minus for me… actually hotel has 3 pools( 1 indoor and 2 outdoor), but we came there to swim at the sea.

Another wonderful Marriott stay! Lovely room and very spacious! The room came with a 30 minutes family shooting and you can pick 5 digital files for free, if u want extra, it's RMB 50 each. Fair enough. Plenty of seafood restaurants in town but you will have to get your own ride to the town. Hotel location is a bit remote but that's what makes it so nice and quiet. The breakfast was OMG, sooooooo many choices!

It is a bit too far away and the public transport is not adequate. The hotel is nice and the facilities are good especially for children.

Nothing much around but this is a nice hotel if you want to escape from city for 2-3 days . It totally give you a south east Asia vacation feeling

The most average Marriot I ever been … The rooms are good and well designed, but the F&B breakfast is overcrowded! Too many extra tables in the restaurant to cope with such huge demand...the food is ok, but the vast majority of guests are not so well educated, which negates any good intentions by management to provide better service. The staff is not at the level of professionalism and courtesy of other Marriott/Sheraton/Ritz-Carlton. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. We went to the beach just outside, which is nice, the sand white, the water clean and peaceful, but the security guard would not let you go in the water or swim!!! Not interesting for international travellers as the guest experience is not at the level of other Marriott around the globe.
