Clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good location right next to some great spots. Good food and clubs nearby. I will definitely book again. Room was clean and hotel overall just feels nice. Very stylish and great design.

It’s a great hotel, clean and exceptional services. Good variety of breakfast choice and night porridge, especially kitchen service attendant 贤琼姐, took care of us like our own family members. The hotel also provide free laundry service, laundry service lady 大姐 very helpful in taking care of our clothing, wash and dry, sending to our room. I was really amaze and impressed by the service level of this hotel !! I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again for me or my family. I recommend this to all who wish to come to ShenZhen. Location wise, there’s just stone throw away from a metro station, easy access to the city.

We had an exceptional stay at this Atour Hotel. We have stayed at many Atour hotels across different parts of China, but this Shenzhen outlet truly stands out as the best of the best. The overall hotel experience was excellent — great location, comfortable rooms, and most importantly, outstanding service. We travelled as a large group with both elderly and children, and everyone was extremely happy with the stay. We would like to give special credit to 周一休, who single-handedly helped us manage nearly 18 pieces of luggage without a single complaint. We also want to extend our appreciation to 椰子, who assisted us with the check-in for all four rooms and even helped us secure a restaurant reservation during the busy weekend. Their professionalism and warmth really made a difference to our trip. Thank u so much and we will definitely visit this outlet again when we are back!

The experience of checking in was terrible. Not only the lobby had the ventilation system shut off. It was stuffy. The staff was sick and kept coughing at me. Even she had her mask on, her colleagues weren’t even helping her. It was a worse encounter in hospitality. She couldn’t even finish a sentence properly without coughing and she kept selling me membership and requesting for my phone number… while coughing! I thought I liked this hotel chain but I won’t be coming back anymore. The room I booked had no windows either and I had no idea about it. My fault though. I had a very great experience w this hotel chain but the service consistency wasn’t there. This room Is terrible. Unlike many other locations. Please entertain yourself with the hotel layout.
