Had a fantastic trip with my friends, truly enjoyable! The environment was so comfortable, and we got to gaze at the ocean. We'll definitely come back with friends again next time. The activities, the atmosphere, and the scenery here are all wonderful. Our room was spotless, making for a very comfortable stay.

The overall service was excellent, especially the young lady working there. She was very polite and sharp. When she saw me struggling down the stairs with my heavy suitcase, she immediately came over to help and even loaded it into my car for me. My suitcase was seriously heavy, so I really appreciate her enthusiastic service. Oh, and the hotel also upgraded my room! Thanks to the staff, specifically 'Xiao Ke,' for that. The sea view from Building A would be fantastic.

Came here for the Slow Coco's location and aesthetics, and the room was super photogenic, my bestie and I had a blast! Unexpectedly, the service was even better. I called twice in advance to ask about parking and they were incredibly patient, even arranging for us to park in the villa area with a shuttle golf cart pickup – super convenient. When we came back late after drinks, they even thoughtfully prepared white fungus soup for us. The attention to detail was amazing, it felt as comfortable and relaxed as being at a friend's house. I absolutely loved it!

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was clean and tidy. The pillows and mattress were quite comfortable, and the hot water was plentiful (which is really important!). Being right by the sea when you step out was very nice. The butler service was also very enthusiastic, bringing free coffee right to our door, and the beans smelled great! The highest praise I can give is that I'd definitely come back and choose this place again next time.

The bed was incredibly comfortable – I finally got a good night's sleep after struggling with insomnia! This B&B is super convenient, right next to the ancient town. We managed to visit Jujiaosha, Yangmeikeng, and Mermaid Cave all in one day, then came back for a relaxing bath. I'd definitely choose this place again if the weather's better next time! Highly recommend!

This hotel is right in the heart of Jiaochangwei Beach Scenic Area. The beach is just a few steps away, making it super convenient for swimming, dining, and enjoying the sea. There are tons of trendy spots and seafood restaurants to choose from nearby! Our room had a direct ocean view; we could watch the sunrise and the entire sea right from our bed 🌅. The huge floor-to-ceiling window framed the sunset perfectly, making for amazing photos! The afternoon tea in the courtyard and the sea-view bar had an incredible ambiance, and sipping tea with the sea breeze was so relaxing. The bedding was incredibly soft, allowing us to sleep soundly until we naturally woke up. The butler service was also very attentive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Shenzhen! 👍

Cocoa Slow-Living Seaview Residence is absolutely perfect for a family vacation! 🌊 It's a prime beachfront room; just open the window and you're on the sand. Watching the sunset from bed is incredibly therapeutic. This B&B is right on the first row by the sea—the location is simply unbeatable! The butler service is attentive, and the rooms feature smart home controls throughout. The mini-bar, smart washing machine, and lovely-smelling toiletries are all top-notch. The bedding is super comfortable; every detail is well thought out! Seaview breakfast, seaview afternoon tea, and a sweet goodnight soup are all provided, adding a wonderful touch of ceremony to your stay! Its location in the heart of Jiaochangwei makes dining and enjoying the sea super convenient! Bringing my family to Cocoa Slow-Living was definitely the right choice!

Right outside the door is the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Dapeng Ancient City is also within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient! The room was clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. You can also go up to the rooftop to sunbathe and enjoy the breeze. Breakfast was a simple Chinese style, and they offered free tremella soup in the evenings. The butler service was fantastic. We stayed for two days and left feeling completely satisfied.

The breakfast was up to standard, and what surprised us most was the coffee – it was delicious! Pet-Friendly: We were so happy that pets are allowed here; my dog also had a great stay. Great Location: The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to the beach. There are many restaurants and a variety of delicious food options nearby, so you don't have to worry about meals. Whether it's the service, facilities, or location, this is an ideal choice for a weekend getaway. My wife, children, and I made wonderful memories here, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Although it's a guesthouse, I was very satisfied with my stay. Specifically: First, the room facilities are very complete, and you can practically control everything with smart home devices. I booked a twin room, and one of the beds was a 1.8-meter king-size bed, which is so convenient for families traveling with older children – no more struggling to squeeze onto a small 1.2-meter bed. Second, the location is right within the Jiaoweichang Beach Resort, meaning you step out directly onto the beach. The scenery is beautiful, and it's super convenient for playing in the sand and wading in the water. Third, regarding food, breakfast is simple: stir-fried noodles, fried dough sticks, corn, siu mai, eggs, fried sausages, as well as congee and soy milk, with a generally light flavor. There are complimentary drinks and beverages in the room and at the front desk that you can have freely. Fourth, in terms of experience, the lady at the front desk was very polite, and the service was thoughtful. She patiently answered all our questions, even reminding us that there was sweet soup available in the evening. All in all, it was a great experience. We stayed for three days, and we'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

When you say "I'm going to sleep," the curtains close and lights turn off automatically. Our kids tried it many times and said they wanted one at home – they were so impressed to see such tech in a guesthouse! It’s just a one-minute walk to the beach, which has both sand and a rocky area, perfect for searching for sea creatures, making it the best spot in Jiaochangwei for that. It’s also just a few minutes' walk from the Jiaochangwei P1 parking lot and Dapeng Ancient City, which was super convenient. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and sweet soup. I'd definitely recommend this guesthouse to my friends.
