The room was very clean, close to the subway station, and had no strange odors. Transportation was very convenient.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Even though it didn't have a window, it had air conditioning and an air purifier, so I slept very well at night. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very enthusiastic and helpful. It's also very close to Jingtian subway station, making transportation super convenient.

This hotel experience was fantastic! The service was exceptionally thoughtful, and the front desk staff was very attentive, even kindly helping me print some documents. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend it!

This time, a group of six of us booked three rooms. We're repeat guests here, and the location is truly excellent. It's just a five or six-minute walk to the subway station. The service is good, and the rooms are clean and tidy. This is always our top choice for a high-value-for-money hotel whenever we visit Shenzhen. It's convenient for getting anywhere.

That said, there is significant room for improvement when it comes to staff attitude and service, particularly at the front desk. Unfortunately, they did not make much effort to be polite or welcoming, which affected the overall experience. Interestingly, even the chef during breakfast displayed a better attitude and friendlier service.

This time, I stayed at the Lavande Hotel because my child was studying at Wenbo Building. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful with the arrangements. The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was impeccable. I'm truly satisfied; we're staying for seven days this time. From now on, whenever my child has holiday studies, we'll be staying here.

I arrived at the hotel on the morning of the fifth day of the ***** New Year. I was traveling alone with my child and luggage, and the front desk staff, a kind lady, immediately processed my check-in when she saw a room was available. I'm very grateful to her! I had booked a room without a window and was a bit worried about potential odors, but it truly exceeded my expectations! There was absolutely no strange smell, and the room was incredibly clean! There was even an air purifier, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The shower and sink area were spacious, and the water pressure for showering was excellent – so comfortable! I stayed for two nights, and it was quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful detail of having hooks installed on the wall directly opposite the air conditioning vent, perfect for hanging a few clothes to dry. This really shows they think of their guests! The hotel is also just a few minutes' walk from the subway, making travel very convenient. I've saved this hotel as a favorite, and it will be my first choice whenever I visit Shenzhen again!
