Nice overall loft apartment design, clean, spacious enough, close to many food places and shops, close to metro and Shenzhen North station. However even on the 12th floor, it can be noisy from the streets and background outside the windows. Nice that it has a separate shower from the toilet, a kitchen area with burner and refrigerator, and washing machine. Only issue was that there's no front desk reception so need to add the hotel concierge on WeChat to coordinate check-in and check-out. Had to ask the building security for assistance in finding the room and following up with their staff to check in. For a 1 night stay there was a deposit of 200 RMB. Overall good value for money after the initial learning curve was done. :)
