Okay hotel hardware, nice views, beautiful sunset view, free mini bar, toilets and showers comfortable. But there are no USB C port for charging, only USB A type. The borrowed charging cables from Hotel are slow. Wifi also slow. However extremely strong cigarette smell on non-smoking rooms. No air purifier was provided although customer service said they would arrange Booking said check-in time is 14:00. Arrived at 16:30 telling us the room won't be ready for another hour. Okay, the attitude of the Front-desk Staff Ms Wang was polite and apologetic, so we are fine. When we came back at 17:30, she has helped to change our room to Twin Beds from Double, we appreciate her help as Twin was not available when I booked. Ms Wang also tried to resolve the cigarette smell issue by offering a different room. The first room door faced the exit stairs which stayed half open and strong cigarette smell came from there. There were continuous smell of cigarettes throughout the floor. Second room was a higher floor, same layout, there was incense-burnt smell this time. Ms Wang arranged an cleaner auntie to take a look. Instead of bringing air purifier, she brought a bottle of fragrance spray, trying to cover the smells. Also just asked us to cover the ventilation window wider. She asked my son to step up the chair and pushed harder to let the open window locked at a wider angle. This auntie complained us being too sensitive to smell then left with very rude comments. Air purifier never arrived... The night temperature was around 12°C, with the window opened it was quite chill, and downstairs the car honking till 02:30am. Since this is for one night, we didn't want to move again or dare not to trouble the room service auntie. Throughout the night, I couldn't sleep because I am allergic to the cigarette smell and so we had breakfast and left earlier than planned. When we went out to the corridor in the morning, strong cigarette coming from exit stairs (I think the staff are smoking there) and corridor was filled with cigarettes smell, like those Karaoke place. Breakfast at 44/F food offer was mediocre, after a bad night, we didn't enjoy the food, the table clothes were extremely dirty. Floor was sticky. Overall speaking, I can accept the noise from the construction sites (even on Saturday and Sunday from morning) which had been communicated, the indoor air quality and the hygiene of the breakfast place is not acceptable. Bad experience. If you are allergic to cigarette smoking smell, think again before you book. Or you need to get your asthma medication ready.

The room was spacious with free mini bar. The staff at the check in counter is helpful and patient even though she doesn’t speak English. Location is 8 minute walk from the nearest train station. The only issue is the breakfast offer limited food.

The hotel is not located near any busy tourist spots but conveniently located next to a small mall with quite a few good restaurants, a supermarket, arcade, spa and basically everything you need. There’s a mini night market outside the mall selling food to late at night. Very interesting experience. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to SZ.

Excellent service, clean and nice view room. Complimentary bottle of waters and soft drinks! Average breakfast and good location. Will come back again next time !

The views were very nice and the hotel room was clean and modern. They provided snacks and soft drinks free in the minibar that were refilled everyday, plus water bottles and coffee/tea. The service was really great, they helped us with everything and they were very kind and polite. The breakfast was quite good, but there was lack of space on busy hours and some things like orange juice took too long to get refilled. See attached the night views from the room

Overall quite good experience. Not far from Hong Kong border, around 20 minutes travel by car.
