The scenery is absolutely stunning. I arrived in the early hours, and Junjun the butler was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, helping me with my luggage. The room has a floor-to-ceiling window with a sea view. I'll definitely come back again, and there are free drinks too!

The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. They even offered complimentary desserts and drinks, which was a nice touch. The modern design was really appealing and made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Plus, you get a stunning sea view right outside – you can enjoy it from the entrance or by the window. It's excellent value for money too! Highly recommend it!!!!!

We stayed at the 見海房with sea view and tub. The room was nice and clean (though some stains on the chairs) Bed was nice and comfy Full view of the beach was definitely a highlight Special notes to the staff Steven ! Superb service, very friendly with almost immediate response , was impressed!

The room is absolutely beautiful! The staff are all young and energetic. Phoebe, in particular, gave great recommendations for places to visit. I highly recommend trying their restaurant's handmade Italian pizza and pasta – they're incredibly delicious! 😋 The Western-style breakfast is not only pretty but also tasty, and you can even have it delivered to your room. Plus, there's a sweet soup available in the evenings!

The room facilities were very comfortable, and the beach was super close, perfect for sunbathing right outside the door. Steven, our butler, provided excellent service; he helped us store our luggage. We had a blast! Hope to visit again!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The sea view room had an amazing view, a huge bathtub, and large floor-to-ceiling windows. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely book here again if I come back. The complimentary photoshoot from the hotel was also fantastic; the photographer was very dedicated and professional.

The beachfront was beautiful, and the staff, especially Phoebe, was very friendly. I had breakfast delivered to my room, and it was delicious. The room itself was also lovely. I highly recommend this place!

Facilities: Great. The disposable toiletries are complete, and there's even a disposable toilet seat cover (though it wasn't very good). They provide conditioner, plastic slippers, and earplugs for soundproofing. The room has a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks. The projector is excellent and very clear. Hygiene: Very clean. Even though it's on the first floor, perhaps because it's winter, I didn't see any insects. Environment: Right by Nan'ao's No. 1 beach. You can literally see the ocean as soon as you step out, and enjoy breathtaking sunset views. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but you can order takeout, and taxis are convenient. In the evenings, there are open-air movies and other small activities on the beach. Service: Thanks to Steven, the butler, for his service. Breakfast: They offer both Western and Chinese options. It's not a buffet, and the portion might not be enough for an adult male.

The most delightful surprise during this stay was the service provided by Steven from the concierge team. He truly elevated the hotel experience from merely “nice” to “unforgettable.” Upon check-in, he proactively remembered our last name and greeted us warmly every time we saw him. When he learned we wanted to see the sunrise, he quietly prepared hot drinks and blankets for us by 5 AM, leaving them at the front desk. On our departure day, with a lot of luggage, he not only carefully helped us pack but also looked up a route to avoid traffic beforehand. These thoughtful gestures, going far beyond his official duties, brought warmth to what could have been just a routine service. While hardware ages and ocean views can become familiar, genuine, personalized care is what truly leaves a lasting impression. If I were to return, it would definitely be to experience such professional service again.

Junjun is a very nice person, he helped us with everything. Whenever we had problems, he’s always there to solve it for us. The room is also gorgeous, very nice sea views, we love it.

The beach is very clean, and the evening entertainment with fireworks and molten iron sparks was beautiful to watch. The room facilities were all great, especially the view from the window which was truly therapeutic. I could even hear the sound of the waves at night as I fell asleep. The staff were also super thoughtful. My luggage was heavy, and they even helped carry it upstairs. The breakfast was delicious too! My friend hadn't even woken up yet, and they asked if we needed a takeaway – that was just wonderful. I'll definitely come back to travel here again next time.
