The Japanese-style tatami room had a wonderful ambiance, was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the space was generous. It was convenient for getting around, and my stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

The lighting in the room was really dim. I even took pictures of how dirty it was – there were cobwebs next to the TV, the showerhead was absolutely filthy, the wallpaper was peeling at the corners, and there was an old double eyelid sticker on the desk that clearly hadn't been cleaned from a previous guest. I was so exhausted that night and fell asleep really late, so I didn't bother to complain to the hotel and just left the next day.

Overall hotel is clean and nice, it's just the surroundings do not have much, there are convenient stores behind. But it was close to a livehouse therefore I chose here, so overall still a good experience.

The facilities and service were poor. The hotel advertised free parking, but you had to drive out specifically on the second day for it to be free (and this was only mentioned on the last day). Didn't the hotel train the front desk staff on basic procedures? They didn't remind you on the first day of check-in or when you extended your stay. The room was poorly soundproofed; there was a dog barking constantly at night, making it impossible to sleep. Some of the front desk staff had terrible service attitudes.

The room is clean, bright and comfortable, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. The transportation is convenient. Hongqiao Park is not far away. You can walk there. It was a very good experience. The front desk lady had a very good attitude.
