The front desk staff, Xiao Xing and Yue Xi, were attentive and meticulous. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and tidy. It's also very close to MixC World and not far from the subway station.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and close to the subway. The room decor is cozy and elegant, and the bedding is very comfortable. A special shout-out to front desk staff Xiao Zhou and Xiao Hua for their friendly and efficient service. They even helped mail back an item I left behind. Thumbs up!

Had a truly great experience at this hotel. Xiao Da and Xiao Zhou at the front desk were incredibly polite and patiently answered all our questions. Big thumbs up to them!

I like the laundry room where one can do their own laundry, especially useful if one is having an extended trip. The gym has mainly treadmills; there is a park a stone's throw away where one can really have a serious run. The early morning and evening view is spectacular.

The cleanliness was absolutely dreadful – there were even cockroaches 🪳! The shower head was infuriating. And the hairdryer was just as peculiar. For a hotel in a tech park, this standard is completely unacceptable. A truly awful experience.

I checked in late at 10 PM, but the front desk staff were all still on duty and graciously upgraded me to a very spacious twin room. The hotel is located in a well-established area; if it hadn't been for the typhoon and heavy rain, I'm sure the surroundings would have been great to explore. It's also conveniently close to MixC World.

The front desk staff provided excellent service. There's a coffee shop conveniently located right next door, and I was also very pleased with the room. All in all, it was a great stay.

I almost always stay here when I visit. The service is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's conveniently located very close to Mindray HQ, making access incredibly easy. But the main reason I keep coming back is the wonderful atmosphere – it's clean, and the rooms are bright and spacious. They have a laundry room, a restaurant, and a gym, and the lobby is always refreshingly cool.

Amazing hotel. The zen vibe and decoration just makes the room cozy and enjoyable. There's also a lot of option in terms of lighting be it for reading, chilling or working so that's really good and efficient. The shower pressure is fantastic too, a huge highlight! Will definitely come back. Thank you to the staff at the front desk too for their support :)
